We just bought this generator so we would be prepared for the crazy storms we have in Louisiana. Now I can breathe easily and not worry about having to lose all the food in our freezers.

Arrived promptly and the set up was super simple. After adding oil and gas, pressed the start button and she cranked right up. Have yet to test under an emergency situation but so far, so good!

I order February 1,2023 , receive on February 7 th. I added the oil and hook up propane,the second try it fired right up and run great. I am going to set it up for the house back generator.

This thing is a BEAST. Powers up my 3,800 home. Feels like I still have power. Nice that it runs on propane and gasoline. And you can switch midway as well

I just recently bought this, had no issues with starting the engine. It did not generate any power out the 110 receptables at first, did not realize the fault breakers had to be set on first use.

Really nice generator, I would have given it 5 stars but the 50 amp plug is in a bad spot directly over the wheel. You have to bend the 50 amp cord to make it fit. Other than that it looks to be made well

I bought the duel Gen9500 back in February 24. It works great! Starts every time. The remote start is a nice feature. Love all plug options. Perfect to back up our home during storms and getting projects done around the farm.
