This was purchased for my home in preparation for power outages from storms etc.It was super easy to remove from the container and prep for operation. Reliable.

I received this portable generator 6-7-2022 it seems to be well built and everything works good .The frame of the generator was bent or racked in shipping. I called customer service to have this straightened out.

I haven’t started the generator yet but looking forward to using this winter in case of a power outage and able to power more of my house. I’m also impressed with remote start.

Got this for my house and it runs great. Does exactly what I need out of it. Remote start and push button start make it so easy for my wife to turn on. Highly recommend

I purchased the WGen9500DF generator 3 weeks ago. This generator is made well. My neighbor bought the same size generator but a different brand (C-------). The Westinghouse WGen9500DF is built MUCH BETTER: frame, electronics and whole unit.

Well made, easy to move with the wheels, excellent instruction included. Thanks Westinghouse for this product! We are ready now for the hurricane season.

Purchased 30 days ago. Product and packaging arrived in wonderful condition, unlike another brand which I returned. WGEN9500 started easily with electric start with gasoline and propane.

We just received the generator today. Easiest assembly ever! Talk about an easy start. We hooked up to a propane tank, pushed Start, and it tried three times to start running. The generator automatically attempted the three tries to start.

Nice remote start fob with push start. Bought this to replace same size generator but different brand which died after a few uses. So far so good, only time will tell.

Found a broken part (24BYJ48 Stepper Motor in pieces) at bottom of shipping carton. Was it fixed and replaced broken piece left in carton? Haven’t started up generator yet; need this resolved.
