Love this generator....two storms knocked out power for about 2 weeks. Ran my house with no problem. The unit is easy to start and use. Great quality

Bought the W9500DF. Arrived earlier than expected, unpackaged and no damage. Very minimal assembly and easy to follow instructions to follow. Generator started and ran flawlessly. Very pleased so far.

EASY SET UP! Wheels go on in 1 minute and the legs 5. Started right up and ran well and produced electricity as expected. Impressed with the build quality

After minimal assembly (Adding wheels and front feet). Added supplied oil and connected to propane tank. Switched to propane, turned breaker on, and set to start. Pressed button and bam! It was running smoothly and quieter than I expected.

Generator battery was fully charged upon arrival. Hooked up propane tank, started immediately with remote. Also it is not as loud as some reviews stated. Very tolerable noise level .Looks to be of high quality. Very pleased with purchase.

We’ll, I just assembled the thing. I’ve had whole house generators before. This looks to be the same size and grade. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it.

Just received this generator and am impressed by its overall appearance and ease of use. I like that it can run off gas or propane. After unboxing, I discovered two dents in the support frame bars.

All areas of this generator are easy to reach and everything is solidly contained within the frame. All maintenance will be extremely easy due to the accessability. Installation of the wheels and pads took only about 5 minutes.
