Bought the W9500DF. Arrived earlier than expected, unpackaged and no damage. Very minimal assembly and easy to follow instructions to follow. Generator started and ran flawlessly. Very pleased so far.

Just got this in. Almost fully assembled. Very simple to put on wheels and legs. Instructions were good and simple. It cranked up on first try. Looking forward to having it during hurricane season.

I have not used this yet but put the wheels on and added the oil. Plan to purchase a transfer switch in the future. Very needy to manage for as large as it is.

Use it for emergency and it did Better than expected, two days of bad weather, no electricity, but it work incredibly well. Awesome well assembled and ready for work

I bought this a past month and just plugged on the switch transfer and everything in my home worked very well and with half producing power on it. It’s powerful and I’m very satisfied. I recommend it

Very hard to start for the first time, on gaz. Tried the propane and started fine. Finaly got it to start on gasoline. Took me a good hour Tested the 110v plug and took me some time to see that the CGI where tripped. Will try it again tomorow.

Started on the first pull! Easily transportable with the pull out handle and wheels on the back side. Just a great machine to have in emergencies. Highly recommend.

Just received this unit and was very easy to setup. Starting features worked when tested seems like a rugged unit. Hopefully I will never need to use it for power outage but confident this will power my house without issue.

This item was purchased recently. We have not had the opportunity to use it yet but it was delivered packaged perfectly to avoid any transit complications. In opening it, everything looks just wonderful.
