We just bought this a few weeks ago. We only had 1 issue with it. We contacted Westinghouse and they resolved it right away. Very pleased with the product AND the customer service

Haven't had a power outage yet to use it but was easy to set up. like the gas/propane options on fuel. After years of using a pull start, the push button and remote fob are truly a blessing!

I haven’t started the generator yet but looking forward to using this winter in case of a power outage and able to power more of my house. I’m also impressed with remote start.

bought this in case of power outages to supply power for sump pump and to power my home. well built and good value with more features than other more expensive generators.

Setup this 9500DF generator yesterday and ran it for the first time. Easy setup due to an excellent user manual. Added fuel and oil and generator fired up quickly.

I bought this generator a month ago and it has been working great! Only one issue the muffler fell off in the first month waiting to hear back for warranty fix.
