Arrived in good condition with all the advertised parts included. Easy connect to a standard propane tank. Push button start worked well once I figured out to keep pressing the button until it started.

I bought the generator a month ago, and am now hooking it up. I was missing parts, and have sent in a service ticket on line. I am waiting for parts to start the unit up.

My husband and I recently brought this generator before the storm and so glad we did. It is so nice to be able to use the key fob as my husband has a hard time pulling to start generator. It is everything we expected.

This is an replacement for my old 10 year old generator. It is amazing how quiet this is for the size. It works perfect! It is nice to have the key ignition and a backup pull rope.

Am presently hooking up to main breaker box to run only essentials during a hurricane. 2 refrigerator/freezers, water heater, small window shaker, some lights, tv,,security etc.

I just bought it right before are big ice/snow storm of January 2024 came with everything you need to get started beside gas/propane. It is easy to use no problem

I've never had such a quiet generator that runs so many different items. The ramp up isn't startling and it runs on the outside of my rooms wall and I can sleep through it with no problems.
