This generator made my old generator look like a toy. It has full documentation for a new generator user along with detailed instructions for operation. I am kind of waiting for a storm to come up to use my new generator.

Just took delivery today and read manual completely. Has all the features I was looking for. I will sleep better knowing we will have power back up in case of an emergency.

Great Generator. Have not been able to test long term but easy to set up and has very informative User Manual. I wish the tires were higher quality but will still give it 5 stars. Other than the tires, everything seems like high quality.

Purchased this generator as I live in a rural area and need to make sure I always have power for the animals in my care. I love many of the features especially the remote start feature.

After shopping several generators the WGEN9500DF had the most features and the capacity for the cost for my application. Started 1st time on propane. Haven't tried gas yet. Dont want to store the gas in it until I run it longer intervals.

Bought two of these, one to power the house and the second for the well, setting it up was straightforward, oiled it up and hooked it to propane and off it went!! Seems to be a very well built machine.

Super easy start up out of the box. Filled the oil (which is supplied), hooked up a propane tank (connections are supplied), switched on and pushed the remote start fob- started right up. Runs stable and smooth- no clattering or jumping.

Replaced previous generator with this dual fuel model. Easy setup with good instructions. Started up with no issues. Full documentation included as well.

So far no problems. Easy assembly and it started up. If you do purchase one of the 9500 watt units they are very heavy! No problem once the wheels on but getting it home from the hardware store will require two men.

I’m very happy with this product. Easy to operate and has great features. I use the Propane feature. Have not used gas and dont plan to. I would purchase this again.
