We purchased this produce on April 22, 2022 when we purchased a food truck. We have used it 4 times and kept shutting off. The 5th time it did not turn on at all. It had had oil, gas and tried turning it on manually but nothing. Not a sound.

The generator arrived on time and was very easy to put together. This is much needed living in Texas after the snow storms in 2021 with out power for a few days. Glad to have this winter.

Runs great so far, the shipping box was damaged, found no damage to the generator. Assembly was simple, remember to hook up the battery. Started right up on gas and propane. Is not as loud as my old generator.

I bought this product 3 weeks ago it was delivered as promised.The light assebbly was a breeze no problems. I ran it today for the 5 hour break in period it started on the first push of the push start button. So far so good.

Arrive quick started right up, had a small dent on the pull start assembly but not bad enough o send back. Packaging showed no signs of rough handling.

In my opinion, this portable generator is the cream of the crop when looking for a dual-fuel option. I use it with an interlock kit to power a large portion of my house during outages. So far, so good. Starts up right away with propane.

Purchased in January for back up power, and thankfully haven’t needed emergency power as of yet. Have done test runs and it started up nicely in cold weather.

We bought this last week. We live in the country so we need power in the event of a power outage. This generator has both a 30 and a 50 amp plugs to power our house. Auto choke and remote starter are great features too.

Works great on propane. Having trouble getting it going on gasoline. Waiting to hear back from customer support to see how they can help get it going with gasoline.

While I haven't used the generator for a prolonged period of time yet, I have turned it on and used the propane fuel. Worked like a charm. It is load, but not a surprise and happy to have a little piece of mind on back up power.
