Just purchased, but seems to be well designed with the dual fuel options and remote start. Starts and runs well and was easy to do ‘final assembly’ of wheels, brackets, oil fill, etc.

Just bought this unit in preparation for hurricane season. Made sure I got a unit that could provide enough power to multiple freezers with enough power for basic necessities

love all the features.auto choke an all the outlets,beware of shipping,took out of box and notice a dent,and the saw some welds that were cracked,will just deal with it,since the first gen shipped was wrong gen.

I just received my generator but I did start it up with propane and it started right with the remote. I checked the 120 plugs and work just fine . I will update my review after I get to really use it.

My husband bought this in Ohio and transported it back to Florida just in time to save our food and other necessities needed after the hurricane. It worked perfectly!!! We were without electricity for a week

I purchased this generator and I am very satisfied with it. Great power and quality. Very easy to use with an additional remote control. Made to last a long time.

Got the generator two weeks ago. I have yet to test the generator, but I am already impressed by the features. The dual fuel option is a definite plus.

Worked fine for six months and then died. I thought thought it was a bad battery but charging the battery made no difference. The battery indicator will light up slowly but the Push-Button START/STOP will not come on and the engine will not start.

With qualified electrician, generator set up with interlock, easy step by step instructions to start, and reverse instructions.. Ready to go when needed.

Just unboxed and assembled, seems nice, good features. Failed to start on new gas, runs fine on propane. Many reviews seem to have the same issue. Just opened support ticket, will update review shortly.
