Purchased just before Hurricane Ian and it ran perfectly the four days we needed it before power was restored. Three refrigerators, lights, fans and entertainment center barely put a load on it.

Did my homework prior to purchase. Satisfied all my requriements. Pulled the trigger to purchase. Shipping/delivery was flawless. Unpacking/assembly was straightforward. Started right up on propane.

I purchased the generator to afford me the ability to power up my entire house during power blackout which my previous device can not do. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Excellent product to have and I am happy to have it.

Bought this at the end of August, like the dual fuel. Used the propane and it started on second try. Would like it best if it idled down instead of high rpms all the time.

I bought this model almost two years ago and it runs very smoothly. I have had an issue with the automatic start, but I found the Service Hotline to be very helpful. I believe that given the power of the unit it is a good investment.

Purchased this generator a couple of weeks ago because my old generator was not large enough to do what I needed. Don’t have that issue with this beast. Love all of the great features.

Great features! Love having 2 fuel sources and the remote start!! The generator didn’t start right out of the box, but customer service got the instructions over right away and it was a quick fix. Now the generator runs perfectly!

This generator has a lot to offer. Having the dual fuel option is a real plus. I also like that it has a remote start. It was shipped quickly and was very easy to set up. It will have enough power to keep us charged during an outage.
