I bought the product last week and had to use it after this morning snow store. With the remote starter it was so easy to get it running, after a few minutes i was able to reconnect some appliances. Very satisfied

Just opened it up put wheels on and front isolators, plugged in battery charger took 15 minuets. Nothing bent or damaged. Will write back in a few days after i set it up and running

Recently bought this generator. Wheels easy to assemble. No problems starting. Have not tried the propane yet. I think this will be a great investment. Looking forward to receiving the cover for it.

I bought this in January and have yet to use it. I cranked it up and let it run since I needed the break in period. I t cranked right up with no issues.

I waited a couple weeks to leave the review, so I could get some experience with the generator. It was easy to assemble, has all the right power outlets, reasonable noise level, and is a great choice for a home backup generator.

I bought this generator after a power outage, at my age of 64 I never want to live through another power outage again and this is my security only from Westinghouse

To whom it may concern, the 2 8mm weld-nuts that are for the attachment of the left foot are bad (weld slag ?). I had to purchase a tape to get the bolts in. Other than that shes a beauty.

We bought this a week ago after we experienced a power outage. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged and in great condition. Easy to put together and generator works great.

Remote and push button start is a must in 2022. I dont know why this isnt a standard feature for all companies. The Owners Manual is the best one ive read in a long time. Good job yall!

We are very happy with our purchase of the WGen9500DF. Started right up on propane. Great that the generator is powerful enough to run pratically the whole house.
