I bought this product in early July 2023, but due to a delay in delivery, I have only used it a few times. The battery would not start it when I first tried. I had to charge it with the battery charger that came with it which was easy to hookup. After it was charged it started easily and starts every time I push the electric start button. Also starts easily by using the remote fob. I tried using different power tools and it worked great. I think this generator is going to be reliable and cover all my needs.

I recently purchased this product to prepare for this upcoming winter. It was easy to put together and much quieter than I expected when running. This will work great with the transfer switch being installed and should keep us with heat hold we lose power again here in south Texas.

I bought this generator a little over a month ago, power went out in my moms house attempted to use it for the first time and motor was locked, power cord did not let me pull it, as well as the push to start option did not work. Followed all instructions of manual. Been trying to use the warranty for over a month but still have not been assisted with getting generator fix/replaced!

Bought this generator as a backup power source for our home in event of loss of power. Use of the machine is very straight forward. Having the 50A hookup is amazing to be able to power whole home from outside with the transfer switch. The dual fuel possibility is also extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend this product if looking for a generator for similar purchases.

Already had another Westinghouse product that I'm happy with. So, I bought the WGen9500DF to use during power outages. Instructions are easy to understand and the generator is easy to use. It's versatile since it is dual fuel. I'm happy I made the purchase.

Bought this to replace an older one because of the electric start feature. The older one had a pull start and is was hard for me to get it started. The only issue so far was putting on 2 feet on. Was very hard getting the bolts to thread the bolts. Had to use starter fluid to get it running for the first time, not a big deal.

First, it arrived in perfect condition, all parts were in the box, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit was heavy compared to other generators that I have owned. It was an easy set up and took about 45 minutes, great job Westinghouse.

Just bought this after my last generator (Honda Black Max 7,000 watt) died after only 70 hours use.This Westinghouse 9500DF has all the features Im looking for and great reviews. Haven't used yet but the peace of mind knowing we're gonna be protected is invaluable.

Haven't had the chance to use yet as just received, but it did start right up and our electrician said made the right purchase for our application. We set up the house with a sub panel to run particular circuits when the power goes out so he said this generator was a great choice

Very happy with this unit, it runs my whole house with just a switch to transfer from power box to generator. Live in Florida and just with through Hurricane Ian with over 200mph winds lasting over 8 hours. Look out hurricanes you won't be stopping my quality of life living from this year on.
