Bought this to help with power outages in California. Dont rain much in the desert but when it does the power is out. This has great features including electric start for us old guys. Duel fuel propane for when you can't get gas at the gas station during bad times. Also comes with its own battery tender for maintaining battery during down times. 30 and 50 amp hook ups many 110 also. Key fob start and stop button nice addition plus much more. Already have my panel setup to run the whole house from generator bring on the stroms.

I bought this generator last week and I am very pleased with it. I went with 9500DF because of fuel choice doing emergencies. I also needed a 50 amp plug to connect with with my interlock switch for whole house. This generator looks good and has all the features I needed.

I bought this generator in March 2021 and have been waiting since October of last year for it to come in stock. The features and specs will be enough to supply us power in an emergency situation, which in the area I live is often. We have ice and wind storms that frequently knock the power grid out, causing us to loose our food supply. This generator will supply our home with an added security not to be 100% reliable on Duke Energy.

My intention was to just get a generator for a few lights and such but my wife convinced me to go big. Im glad I did. This generator is incredibly powerful and so easy to start up. Started with just a push of a button. FYI - read the instructions. I was about to call customer support because my fob was missing. Of course, it was right where the manual said it would be.

I unfortunately was a alone during the hurricane Ian storm. My husband had gone to Ohio to visit family. After it hit we knew things would be hectic and be a long time before we would have electricity. He bought this generator there and then drove back to Florida. He hooked it up and we were in business! Saved our refrigerator items, helped keep the pool pump going and provided us with air conditioning. In my eyes it paid for itself !

I had this generator delivered and I could not be happier. This generator has everything I was looking for and I love the fact that it is dual fuel. Living in my area we experience hurricanes and this generator is going to be a life saver. I highly recommend this product.

I got this unit today hook it up with propane. Push button and it fired up and running well. all seems working well so far. Only thing I found is alternator cover had small dent in on edge. Must it happened at assembly line. no visible marking or hole in box. No big deal for operating unit. I think I can fix it myself. Other the that good solid built unit. First impression was real good. Hope it will out live me.

Exceeded my expectations! I made this purchase for back up Emergency power, and never had the need to unbox it for a year. When I did, the assembly was easy, 45 minutes, one man. Although unit was extremely heavy. Key fob paired first try. Unit cranked first attempt, and powered all of my needs. I would have rated it excellent but had to subtract a star for the weight of the unit, price range, and for not having any Options for cell phone controls or status reviews.

First purchase of a Generator and I am very pleased with it. It’s heavy but durable. Easy install. The wheels and handle are awesome considering it is heavy. Makes it easier for transport. The reviews for this generator were helpful as well in helping me determine if I really wanted it. I was confident that it could power everything I needed in my home. Also love that if I moved or went camping I could take it with me to make the moving/camping experience better.

I bought this for the size and the dual fuel option. I had an older gas powered generator, but was constantly having to clean and drain the carburetor. Using propane means no more carb issues. I also liked the 50amp receptacle. Assembly was only installing two wheels and the two front feet, which took 10 minutes.
