My husband and I bought the WGen9500DF because of the wattage, push button start, and the dual fuel. At our age I just couldn't pull start our old generator. We donated it to our neighbor who keeps an eye on us. I just wished it had four wheels because it is a little hard for me to move it out of storage to our deck.

I purchased the WGen9500DFc to run my home. I live in Texas and this year alone I was out of power for five days. With this generator that will never happen again. It is very well built and once I got the wheels on I am able to pull it around. I followed the instructions and it started up right away using the remote fob. I also have a iGen4500DF that I use for my RV. I trust the Westinghouse brand for quality products. .

I bought this generator last week and was able to unpack it on Saturday. I haven't had an opportunity to put it completely through its paces, but the instructions on how to install the wheels and vibration stops on the front were clear and installation took less than 30 minutes. The power seems cleans, the manual is complete and warranty registration process was easy to complete online. I look forward to using it at our cabin property for many years to come. The diagrams and schematics are a valuable inclusion for the manual. I will add more as I have a chance to put it to its full intended use.

We bought this to be sure we had power for the essentials after the Texas grid issues last year. One broken outdoor faucet replacement cost 25% of the cost of this generator. We are so pleased with the performance. And so many extra features. We love the Dual Fuel option.

Purchased a few weeks ago based on customer reviews. Easy to put together and started right up using LP gas. Plan on hooking up to electrical panel for emergency use. Four stars because I haven't given it a good test run yet but will once the electrician gets it hooked up to the panel in about 3 weeks.

I bought this generator about a month ago. The delivery was flawless. Unpackaged everything as described. Followed the manual to start up. This generator will run my whole house. Remote start is a dream and dual fuel gives me options. This machine will do anything I want.

Generator came packaged extremely well. Everything was there, no missing parts. Followed the set up instructions and all went well. Fired up once gas got to the carb, and runs great. Switched between propane and gas a few times flawlessly. While the user manual has a few typos/misinformations, it is clear and understandable. I would recommend this generator to anyone.

I've been in the market for a new generator for some time and after conducting multiple internet searches and scouring through hundreds of reviews, I found this one to be the best one for what I needed and for a really great price. Living in Florida, having a generator is a must. Finding one that has a large enough power output to run our house is also a must. Our previous Honda 7500 watt generator had finally given up the ghost and it was becoming way too difficult to start, especially as I'm getting older. The push button and remote start/stop features of this model really appealed to me. With its 30 foot range, I can start it and stop it at the end of the evening from the comfort of inside my home and not have to go out into the elements. Another aspect that really appealed to me was the dual fuel capability. For those who've been in or around a disaster area, you know that gasoline quickly becomes a hot commodity and waiting in lines for fuel is always nerve-wracking to say the least. With this dual fuel model, I can have multiple propane tanks sitting on standby and I don't have to worry about the gas going bad over time. This model is 2000 watts larger than my former generator yet it is dimensionally smaller and much lighter than my previous generator which is another great convenience for storage in our outdoor shed and moving it to our house receptacle. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a compact, high-power-output generator.

this thing is awesome, it can feed a 50 amp sub panel and feed all the necessities during a blackout, like refrigerators, freezers, well pumps, and sump pumps, I love it and won't lose heat or AC like others, and my food won't spoil waiting for power to be restored. it can use LP or Gas so it can run for days . five stars
