What a nice piece of equipment. We needed a generator to recharge our solar battery array in the event of a protracted storm and the solar panels don't keep the solar batteries charged. This generator is perfect for our needs

The product is wonderful but their customer support is terrible…..waited on the line for 40 minutes to only be disconnected! Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

Solid build quality for this generator. Unfortunately this current size model is unable to power my and run the hvac so I'll have to upgrade to the 18kw variant. Other than that if you have AC units under 5 tons this 12.5 should be more than enough!

Got just before power outages and had wired to power panel. Worked great! Had A/C fir 4 bdrm home, as well all other circuits, except HW heater. The generator worked great and would definitely recommend.

Bought this in July in preparation for hurricane season in SWF. Luckily no hurricanes this year but was glad to have the peace of mind knowing I would have the ability to power the essentials if needed.

I compared many brands and decided this was a good value for the money. It has performed well right out of the box after the 5 hour break in period. I would purchase this unit again!

After all the years of a pull start generator this is like a dream with just a push of a button!!! You won’t regret this purchase and have piece of mind.

Finally tired of 24 hour power outages...so I did a little research & purchased the Westinghouse WGEN9599DF. Unboxing, setup & starting took less than one hour. Will be nice to have this to fall back on during the next power outage.

I just purchased this about two weeks ago. I haven’t used it yet, however I absolutely love the fact that it is super easy to start, it’s a push button and I was in love with it.

So far it hasn’t let me down. Plenty of power when I’ve needed it. I wish the batteries’ cables were a little shorter, they get in the way of oil fills.
