Just received this model yesterday (Wgen9500DFc) and read through the manual, start up procedures, etc. Followed through today with assembly and first start up with propane. Everything went so smooth. Very solid, no vibrations. Very impressed and satisfied with this purchase.

After receiving the generator, I unpacked all the parts and found the instructions very easy to follow within minutes I had it ready to connect to my propane cylinder. I found the starting instructions easy to follow and proceeded to start the generator. It started the very first attempt with no problems. It works flawlessly, it’s very quiet, but most importantly, it’s easy to use. We ordered this model for two reasons it had a the required wattage we needed And it came with remote start which works great. My wife loves it. I feel confident and relieved that my wife can operate the generator if I’m not home. Thank you so much for making a line of generators with great quality. Thank you.

I bought this in August to provide backup power to my house. It connects to my Generlink and will provide a full 40 amps to my circuit panel using the 50 amp connection. I plan to run on propane so I don't have to refill the gasoline tank every eight hours.

I bought this generator and it works really great so far I haven't used it too much yet but it seems very high quality. It is a little heavy but for a large generator you should expect some weight. I would recommend trying this if you need a duel fuel generator. I will use this for search and rescue operations and emergency services.

bought this item a couple weeks ago received and was very happy with the way its built and how easy this 200lb plus can be moved around by just one person the balance between the wheels and handles are spot on not to mention its tri fuel . I would definitely recommend

This is an awesome generator! This is a well built machine. Super easy to set-up and it started right up. The dual fuel model will give us options if needed. It comes with a remote key fob that makes it easy to start or stop from within your home. We're excited to have it, and confident it'll meet our expectations in a crisis but hope we never need it. We're very satisfied with our purchase and investment. .

I bought this after the "big freeze" this year in Texas. From the time I cut the box open, I had it assembled and running in an hour. It fired up on the first touch of remote start. I have only run on propane so far. My end cover on back of motor was dented during shipping, and I am awaiting a replacement. Generator runs fine. I should be prepared for next storm.

I bought this item in preparation for the 2020 hurricane season. I researched various brands and models and was pleased to find this model which has enough kick to power my house air conditioner, as well as the rest of my needs. In addition, it runs on either LP or gasoline, which provides much more flexibility as fuels become scarce. Although delivery was delayed from the original scheduled date by one week, it arrived in excellent condition and with minor prep, started up easily. I'm confident this will serve our needs while hopeful I don't have to try...

After attaching the rubber stand offs and the wheels I put in the supplied oil. Had to add a little more from another bottle as the supplied bottle didn't quite fill all the way. Pulled down the wiring for the battery and connected it. Added a few gallons of gas and it fired up almost immediately. Seems to work great so far. Nice to have a backup power source for those power interruptions.

Delivered this morning in good shape. Attached the wheels & feet, and added oil (included). The tool kit included a spark plug wrench and a very handy oil fill funnel. Attached the propane tank, switched the fuel lever and the generator started right up and ran well for my five minute break in period. Very nice system. Looking forward to remote start when the power goes out next time.
