I've seen other generators that looked similar. Was not impressed. I expected better from Westinghouse, and was not let down. Everything about this generator is better than anticipated. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow, and the generator was up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this generator, and in fact have, to a neighbor.

We bought this power generator to secure our security and confort during power outages in our region. We received the well packed generator our a skid, the frame secures very well all unit items from any damage. It was in perfect condition during receiving!! It was very easy to assemble the wheels and front legs. Moving aroung this great machine is made easy, no problem. Just purchased and set up, directions were easy to follow which made it a snap. Even setting up the remote fob easy to do and everything worked from the first push of the button. I plugged in my shop vac and it didn't skip a beat, I then plugged in vac/shredder and vacuumed up the remaining fall leaves. We are currently renting so I won't be adding a transfer box until we are in our own home. Out of the box this is a great product, hopefully after some general use it will remain the same.

Just recently purchase this generator. Had a transfer switch installed to make the cut over much easier. Upon testing the generator it was able to power all the essential electrical devises in our home : lights, gas fired furnaces and hot water heaters, etc. Great value and peace of mind for the money.

Had not had a chance really test this generator until the tornados went through and we lost power for four days. Everything ran even the AC! Can not be happier. Used about 10 gallons of gas for a 24 hour period. We are now ready for hurricane season.

I bought this generator primarily to use as a backup power source for my home in the event of a power outage. So far, it has been great - plenty of power for my needs, starts up easily each and every time, and not too loud. I would say it's about as loud as my lawn mower, and I barely hear it from inside my home. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Generator was delivered in 2 days, packaging was very good. Was easy to put together and started right up. I tested with gas and propane, switching on the fly and unit worked flawless. I like the all the outlet options on this unit and will use the 50a to tie into my breaker box. This unit is well built and I have high expectations for great service from this generator. Three year warranty is a nice bonus.

Received generator in a timely fashion. Put the wheels on and feet and poured in the oil. Attached a propane tank and started on first attempt. Ran for the break-in period and attached a few tools to give it some load. All went well. Purchased for power outages. Love the design layout of generator. 2 thumbs up on purchase.

I spent a lot of time looking into generators and decided to buy the westinghouse Wgen9500df because of the remote start(that works through at least 2 walls in my experience), the included wheel kit and the included battery with a built in tender. For a generator of this size with all of these features I couldn't resist.

We have just fired this up for the first time in preparation for an all day power outage for maintenance. Our electrician was impressed with it and after turning our power on with it feel it is going to be very good to us. Our power outages will no longer be troublesome. Thank you.
