I bought this Nov. 15, 2021 and I couldn't be happier, after much research on generators. I love all the features that it offers and not as loud as I had expected. This is going to help so much if we have another freeze here in Texas. We will also be able to use for our camper, when we have company. They can have their own space to stay in and be comfortable. I promise you can't go wrong with this generator. It has all you could ask for. I love that we can use gas or propane. It has all the amps we will need to run many things. One very pleased customer!!!. They are also giving me a cover for it,so that saved me some money too!

Bought this generator for emergency power at our rural house. It's transfer-switch ready, which could save us some money later. Easy to put in service with clear setup and usage instructions. Only suggestion I have is to flag in the instructions or with an "Attention" label that the battery has a disconnect connection that in my case was disconnected for shipment and the ends were all wadded up in the middle of some zip-tied cables. Took about an hour of investigation before I found out why the battery wasn't charging. Otherwise, the generator started with the push of a button. Seems like a well-made and useful product.

Extremely pleased with the purchase of this Generator. The quality and packaging is outstanding. I had the unit assembled and running on propane in 20 minutes. The electric start and dual fuel capabilities are two of the features that drew me to the purchase. I plan on using the generator for back-up power supply and will be installing a 10 circuit transfer switch to run part of our home during power outages.

The set-up and powering up was amazingly easy! I am a woman and was concerned about the weight of the unit and not being able to maneuver it easily. Once the wheels were on it was extremely easy to move. I would definitely recommend this generator to others.

Upon recommendation, we purchased WGen9500DF and ran our fridge and freezer on it. It was running fine for 2 hours and then the engine started to surge up and down with it finally shutting itself off. We called the help line and ultimately came to the conclusion that we needed to take it back and repurchase another one. Just got the 2nd one today. I'm crossing my fingers that the first one was a fluke. The person recommending said that he never had a problem with this model and he is an electrician who has experience with this product and has suggested this model to his customers many times with no problems.

Product was received in just a few of days (2 weeks ahead of schedule). Delivered on a pallet in my garage. Simple install for wheels and front rubber supports. Added the supplied oil and ready for a test run. Tested on propane, pressed the button and started almost immediately. Loaded with a 12000watt a/c and other appliances (not nearly fully loaded). Looks to be powerful and ready for the next hurricane. Trickle charger a nice bonus.

Great deal on a multi-fuel generator. Packaging was good, assembly was minimal, and start-up was simple with propane. Filled the supplied oil, connected the supplied hose and she fired right up. Ran a 30-minute test with a portable 1500w heater and she didn't blink. Ready for the next outage here on the farm and very happy to not be hauling or handling gas cans. We upgraded to this one from a 4500 gasoline (only) set.

After a major storm this past summer which left us without power for almost a week it was time to get a back up generator. I spent months researching the various generators and came to the conclusion that the Westinghouse Wgen9500DF is what I was getting. The remote start is an awesome feature so I can simply shut down the generator at night without having to go outside and start it in the morning. Also the duel fuel was a major want for me as well, without wanting to worry about having enough gasoline on hand as we live far in the country, I simply installed a tap on my house propane tank and run the generator off of that. For a generator that can run the essentials of the house, sump pump, furnace, water heater, well pump, lights etc. I couldn't be happier with this product, plus I have the option to take this generator wherever I choose and use it unlike a whole home generator that is stuck along side your house for as often as you need it, you may as well have it be portable.

I just bought this generator (Wgen9500DFC) and setting it up was a breeze. Will use it as power backup for our cottage when hydro is out. Easy to follow instructions and operating manual. The dual fuel option is great. Startup is easy with electric start and remote options. Quality construction. Highly recommended.

Order this dual fuel generator in case of emergency.First generator that I have own so was a little learning curve. Start right up test run with LP check the 120 power plug all worked great ran for hour so far powered my 2hp air compressor without any problem. I’m impressed with the quality for the price. Have not try key bob yet. Going to use the 50amp to connect to my new generlink to power most of my house. Nice size easy to store in shed not overly heavy for a 69 year old to move.Using PL don’t have to worry about the gas going bad. Have not found any negative. Love electric start and separate battery charger so I can charge the battery without running the generator great for keeping batteries ready in winter
