I bought this to use as an alternative power source for my home in the event of power loss due to hurricanes as I live in Florida. The product is very high quality, started right up. I love the electric start feature and the duel fuel capability which is very simple to change from gas to propane as necessary.

I bought this generator to power equipment while building a new house. It has performed absolutely flawlessly for hours. It has features not normally found on a portable generator, and its quality of workmanship is unmatched in the industry. I am extremely happy with this generator!

Bought today and after I assembled proceeded to test. The first impression was awesome. Noise level was tolerable and less than expected. Generator started right away without issues. Will attempt later with propane and finally have an electrician plug system to the house and test again. Will recommend this product.

I bought this a few weeks ago due to an impending ice storm. Luckily, I didn't need it this time. I have assembled it and run it. Easy to assemble - other than the shear weight - and easy to run, and this is my first generator! The only concern I have so far are the wheels which seem a little cheap and I wonder how long they will last.

Just bought the WGEN9500DF, as it was from a very reliable brand, and had the features that I was looking for. It’s large enough to power our well pump, boiler, two refrigerators, a chest freezer, and two bedrooms with windows a/c’s. It has an electric start, but the pull start was not hard at all! The instructions to put on the wheels and convert it to a floating neutral were very easy. We have it connected to a transfer station, tested it, and it works great. We’re ready for the next storm!

This is a replacement for an old Honda 6500 generator. We were looking for a larger unit with remote star. We have not had to use the generator but, was easy to assemble and the Remote start works as described. Other reviews have said that the remote start is hard to program. I believe this may be because the instructions are confusing. On page 20 under remote start, The third and fourth bullet points are duplicated. the fourth bullet should be removed.

Received the Westinghouse 9500DF generator with a bent frame. The wheel was difficult to attach to the frame and rubbing against the battery so it’s useless to push or pull without damaging the battery. The propane regulator also appears bent due to fram damage. I contacted Amazon who put me on with customer service. They did not hesitate to sending me a replacement. Perhaps the replacement will be undamaged and in working condition so I can update my review?

This generator comes with everything you need right out of the box! I'm really impressed with the construction quality, it doesn't feel cheap at all. Easy start with the remote or push button. Would recommend this generator to anyone looking for one.

I recently bought this product to upgrade over 20 year old Generac portable generator. So far I am very impressed with the push button start option and the ability to use propane as well. I did have to call customer service, and they responded to my question in a very quick manner. I will be hiring a electrician to install a manual transfer switch on my house electrical panel, but for now it is working great using extension cords.

I bought this generator in the aftermath of hurricane Beryl to power my home. Brought it home, added the oil, connected the battery and fuel (LPG), and just like that I was up and running. It started up right away and went to work. I have to get some electrical work done before I can try to run my central AC with this but I have confidence it will be up to the task!
