Well made, easy assembly, intuitive functions. I plan on having it set up professionally to run my major appliances and pool pump. I spent a lot of time reviewing several generators and found this product to have the features, KW, and value that put it over the top for me.

I bought the Generator before Hurricane Season based on the 50 Amp output and Dual Fuel Ability. I could not beat the price for such a Quality Generator. I have test started and it is QUITE. Hope I never have to use but living in Florida my Family and I are 100% prepared.

This generator is a monster, and can easily power the 10 circuits I have powered to the transfer switch. With such large power capacity, I may power even more of my house. The features are great being able to run off 2 fuel sources. This will definitely come in handy if gas can't be found after a hurricane. Starts easily with the push of a button or a remote. I've powered devices directly from the generator and it handled it without blinking. This generator was clearly designed by someone who was thinking of every feature they could possibly want to supply power to their home in the event of a power outage. Definitely an excellent price for all the features.

I bought this to have some piece of mind during my first winter in Pennsylvania. Set up was easy and I’m very happy we opted for the duel fuel version. Test runs went well so I’m sure it’ll be great once I need to use it for real! Would definitely recommend especially for the size and price point.

For powering your home: Step 1. Have an electrician install a transfer switch. This is a separate but necessary item. Step 2. Purchase a Recreational Vehicle (RV) power cord to run the power from your generator into your home. I purchased a 25 foot 50A RV power cord with twist lock from the world's most famous online retailer. Step 3. Follow the Quick Start start directions that come with the generator and you will have your generator assembled and fueled within 30 minutes. Step 4. Charge your battery for an hour. Step 5. Start your generator. Note that it took my generator 7 attempts to draw the fuel and oil from their tanks and into the engine so the generator could run. Step 6. Test your generator's ability to power your home. This generator is able to power my refrigerator, meat freezer, lights and air-conditioner (for cooling ONLY) all at the same time. I can also turn of my AC and power my oven and range. Step 7. Disconnect your generator and go to sleep knowing that you have the ability to power your home with a great dual-fuel generator that fits into the bed of a pickup truck.

This product meets my needs (an insurance policy) to power my home in the event of power failure most likely caused by a hurricane. It offers a 50 Amp service for whole house power needs. This unit also offer dual fuel options (gasoline/propane) which make this generator more versatile.

Very happy with this unit, it runs my whole house with just a switch to transfer from power box to generator. Live in Florida and just with through Hurricane Ian with over 200mph winds lasting over 8 hours. Look out hurricanes you won't be stopping my quality of life living from this year on.

This 9500 will run my entire house as long as the heater or ac is not on. The AC or heater causes it to bog down and the next size generator up would get that job done for sure - I just could not spend that extra money. I can run all my lights, TV's, appliances, phone chargers, etc... and run several small room electric heaters all at the same time, no problem. If I did not live out in the country where I have well water - the well draws a lot of juice, so without that it may be enough to run central air or heat. I did end up having an issue with the generator - it was a warranty issue. The customer service technician was extreemly nice and helpful. I was preparing for a winter storm that was on the way - and the issue with the generator was a problem. The rep helped me through the issue. He litterally told me "lets get you through this storm, then we will get your generator warrantied". And that is exactly what he did, and what happened. Good machine. Good warranty. I have assembled, and test ran it for a few minutes. The wheels, and handles for moving Gen. are helpful,(for 1 person handling),. The next test is running generator for a couple of hours. The user manual is easy to read, and easy on the eyes, the information is covered well, and complete.

This generator is amazing. It’s great for family household who need a simple and easy way to power their homes when they need it most. I love this one in particular because it has the remote start and allows My Wife to even start the generator when I’m not home.
