I bought this 2 years ago with the extended warranty. I didn't need it till this year and it would not start. I contacted both Westinghouse and the Allstate(for the extended warranty) and they gave me tips to see about getting it working, but nothing worked. And now, they are basically telling me to get it fixed on my own. Definitely would not recommend this product or the any extended warranty that doesn't cover anything and runs concurrently with the manufacturers warranty.

I bought the generator two weeks ago. Everything works fine great. The reason I gave it a four star because it's a little loud.

Just bought and received easy to set up. Easiest machine ever to start gives peace of mind. If I do have power outage.

Just getting this setup but looks like it will be a great generator and will come in handy when needed.

So far so good. Shipping and receiving went smoothly. Haven't had to use it yet but I think it's perfect.

I like the generator because it is portable and it has wheels and that I can start it from inside the house in bad weather.
