Although it took longer than expected to receive, it was definitely worth the wait. This generator runs our entire house with no problems. After doing some research I could have purchased a smaller unit, but more power is always better and this 9500 watt generator does not disappoint.

We bought this generator due to frequent power failures in our rural area. So far we've needed to use it twice for roughly 10 hours each time, and it performed flawlessly! It was able to keep all our essentials running (fridges, well pump, heat pump, internet etc.). We so glad we bought it. The workmanship is excellent, and it's solidly built.

I needed a portable generator to provide both backup power for my home and enough power to run my welder in remote locations. It comes complete with gas and propane fuel capability, and all the necessary hoses and regulators. Assembly was much easier than expected and the instructions are well written. This model not only has push-button battery electric stat, but it also has a key fob remote control. The included oil is the exact amount needed to fill the crankcase to the proper level. It started immediately after filling with gasoline. It's not a super-quiet, but it's a lot quieter than my current 3500W generator. The power outlets provide both 110 volt and 220 volt options. I was surprised to see that it's made in Vietnam, not China.

Generator has been helpful since we moved to the mountains where the power frequently goes out. Set up and utilization are very easy. The one drawback is that to add gas the opening is on the top instead of the side, so adding gas can be difficult.

We just purchased it to replace the one we had. It was delivered well before the initial date. It was easy to attach the parts and started without any problems. It is exactly what was advertised especially with the remote start add-on. It is well worth it.

This 9500 dual fuel is as expected. Delivered to the door. Box was a bit rough but everything was there and in good shape. Easy to assemble. Oil was included. Used a funnel to add fuel. A few cranks to start and runs smoothly. Only tried 110 so far, still in break-in period. Happy with the purchase.

I purchased this as a back up generator for our rural home, and while I've not used it for that, the testing of an actual hook up [after an electrician installed transfer components] it kicked right in and powered all of the essential electrical needs, with additional capacity. It is a heavy and seemingly well made. While two person assembly makes more sense than myself doing it alone, with a little improvision I was able to unpack and install the wheels. Easy to use the instructions....also, very important to record and practice the process to transfer the output to the building it will be used for in a back up situation. As a stand alone power source, it is easy to start [remote] and use. The dual fuel option is important as in an emergecny use, LPG / Propane will be the major fuel to power the generator.

Vast improvement over my failed old one! Has many better features, dual fuel, automatic choke, remote start, lighter weight, receptacle covers, gas gauge, tools and break-in oil to get you started, and more. Was easy to set up with no issues. Hope it lasts as long, too. Old one lasted 19 years!

I purchased this to power my house in the event of an extended power outage. Package arrived on time, undamaged, nicely packaged, and was a breeze to install the wheel kit. Nice to have peace of mind that I can power my house as well as assist my neighbors during a power outage.
