Have used this product a few times since purchase in November 2025. Works awesome. The remote starter is a BIG bonus since I am working on the secondary story and the generator is on ground level. NO issues what so ever

It’s been the best generator I’ve owned with all the bells and whistles remote start. Love that the battery is being charged when it runs plus has a trickle charge when it isn’t running just plug it up. Runs really smooth and so much more.

Setup was easy. Auto starter makes life a lot easier. I was running with propane and it was really plug and play after the initial setup. From unboxing to up and running took about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to others!

We started to use it this winter storm: good small size for our house, easy to move around the corner for connection, it is durable, starting is easy, the noise is not crazily loud.

One month after purchasing the WGen9500DF generator it started on the first remote start. We’re now ready for whatever North Carolina weather comes our way.

I bought this 6 months ago and ran it once to make sure it works. Started it up today and it would not start and is leaking fuel. Also, wish I had known it was propane rather than natural gas
