Received the generator July 6 and hurricane Beryl brought tornados and torrential rain on July 8 to Frierson, La. This generator kept two refrigerators, one freezer, and one small window unit air conditioner going for 12 hours on less than one tank of gas. Simple to use and intuitively designed, i feel that this smart little powerhouse will make the ever increasingly frequent power outages bearable in the unmerciful heat. Most importantly I feel safer just knowing it is here.

I bought this generator mainly for the duel fuel and electric start. I live in Florida so a dependable generator is a must to have. I started the generator up on propane for the first try. I followed the start up guide and the unit started up very very fast using the manual pull cord. I then switched to battery start with the remote fob and it started up very fast also. With a load on it it is surprizingly quieter compared to my other gas generator. I am disabled and the elecxtric start is a godsend for me and my wife. Thank you for ofering such a great product.

Unit arrived well packaged, in 7 total days, with no damage. Installation was straight forward with no surprises. Started on first try, remote FOB works well with great range over 100ft. . Noise is surprisingly low for a generator of this size. I am HAPPY!!

Bought this Generator 2 weeks ago, arrived this week. Very easy to assemble, everything you need was included (including oil and wrench) took me about an hour and half to fully assemble and get running, that was taking my time and reading everything twice. I love the idea of having the dual fuel, I'm planning on getting a 100lb propane tank as my main fuel source. Can't wait to lose power again, this time I'm ready.

I bought this 2 years ago and when it was first needed during a power loss in a freeze it wouldn’t start on gas. When I connected it to propane it started up right away, but the propane tanks kept freezing. It worked well when it ran and I plan to keep it and figure out the gas issue.

Super happy to have bought this generator. Super simple to setup and get running in no time. Has alot of great features that made it hard to pass up on. Remote start, or pull start, battery with a tender dual fuel options, screen read out. Really impressed so far.

We are very pleased with the overall quality and features of the WGen9500DF, and particularly like the dual fuel feature and ease of ignition. Overall, the WGen9500DF is quieter than our previous generator that was smaller. Instructions for use were well-worded and easy to understand.

Bought this a month ago, just in time for a big storm. Had an electrician install a Generlink system and hooked this right up to it. Powered everything I needed it to in my house. Used propane. You can easily switch to gasoline. Happy I paid the extra money for extra output on wattage.

Set up and assembly took 10 minutes. Very easy! Remote start is great. Runs great with smooth, reliable power. We live in a heavily wooded area and experience lots of outages. When we're in need, this generator takes care of my entire home/family at the click of a button.
