I bought this generator a month ago for my lakehouse. There aren't too many electrical outages but have a reliable generator is reassuring! The generator started right up on the propane....so nice to have electric start! Overall a give this Westinghouse generator 5 stars!!!!!

I bought this generator as a backup for my appliances and router due to the frequent power outages that I get in my neighborhood. As a new generator user, I found the setup easy to use and the power more than sufficient to run my fridge, router, and just about everything else on the 1st floor of my house - with power to spare. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this generator to replace another aging Craftsman generator that I have had since 2004. I live in Florida and need to have a reliable generator that can power my entire home during power outages. This one fits the bill. Gas or propane can power this generator. I hired an electrician to install a power box next to my electric meter and two double throw 50 amp circuit breakers in my existing power panel in my garage along with a generator interlock switch. Now, instead of running extension cords, I do the following to power my home using the Westinghouse generator. Turn off the main power switch (next to electric meter) to my home and then turn off all of the circuit breakers. Move the interlock switch to allow the generator circuit breakers to be used. Flip the two newly installed generator circuit breakers, and plug in the generator to the power box and turn it on. Then, I turn on all of the circuit breakers for my entire home one at a time. Everything in my home has power. This includes all rooms, appliances, and the central A/C unit. Way to go Westinghouse!!!

I bought the generator in preparation for winter power outages. After the disaster in Texas last year I wasn't taking any chances. My electrician tells me it will work great for my needs and as soon as he installs the power inlet box we will give it a test run. Easy assembly, fired right up on propane, running smoothly. The remote start is a great feature.

Bought this during Hurricane Helene but didn't receive it to after the Hurricane was gone. Great price on this unit. The instructions are first class and assembly of wheels was very easy. Great looking machine even came with a charged battery installed in unit. so easy to start and runs great. still breaking in. I picked a winner this time.

I love this machine so much that I bought 2. I have it connected to my home to operate some essentials, like the sewage pump and refrigerators and freezers, but I'm able to also operate my whole house air conditioning with this unit. If I want to run my stove or dryer, I simply turn off the air conditioning while I'm doing those tasks. This got me though 3 day power outages. I love the propane option because I don't have to worry about the gas in the tank going bad.

After a lot of research, I wanted dual fuel. and lots of features. I bought this generator because of the power. It's enough to run my 2700 sq ft house give or take a few items. Easy to put wheels and feet on. I put the oil in, hooked up propane, hit the electric start and boom stared right up with no problems. During break in ran my two refrigerators, electric chain saw, battery chargers and some lights. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this product.

The generate came via a lift truck. It weighs over 250 pounds. Love the fact that it has wheels and stand plus padded handle from moving it around. Love the auto start and remote start. Plus I have propane tanks in the event, I run out of fuel. Super value power for our home.

I bought this item in preparation for the 2020 hurricane season. I researched various brands and models and was pleased to find this model which has enough kick to power my house air conditioner, as well as the rest of my needs. In addition, it runs on either LP or gasoline, which provides much more flexibility as fuels become scarce. Although delivery was delayed from the original scheduled date by one week, it arrived in excellent condition and with minor prep, started up easily. I'm confident this will serve our needs while hopeful I don't have to try...

After losing power for 6 days during an ice storm, I thought it was about time to buy myself some portable power. This is my first ever generator purchase and it was a breeze from the start! Easy, push start and very simple to move from gasoline to propane.
