This generator allows me to be ready for hurricane season without needing to worry about gasoline. The LP option allows us to use the propane tanks we have for our grill as well as the larger propane tanks for our RV to provide reliable power with none of the storage hazards with gasoline. We dont have to worry about gasoline "going bad" either.

We bought this last month for our frequent power outages and it has been great. Love the remote fob that lets me go to bed and then power down the generator so I'm not stumbling around in the dark and the same on waking up. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was because the 50 amp outlet must have a plate behind it that is off a bit making it really hard to get the cord in-but it'll probably not fall out easily either,

Bought it as a back up to power the house essentials. Propane option and remote start make it easy to operate. Started at the first try w/o any problem. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it. appears to be a solid build as expected (i did a lot of research prior to making the purchase)

Bought this after Hurricane Irma when we lost power for 5 days and will get it hooked up to the main breaker via an interlock system - the 50 amp outlet is ideal for this. I've only just run it to make sure everything is working ok and so far it's excellent. Noise level is much much lower than I expected - about the same as a gas powered lawn mower. The electric start button worked from the first time and the remote control power fob worked great. Very easy to assemble the legs/wheels, they include everything you need and the instruction manual is very clear and easy to understand. No problems so far, highly recommend for the power to cost ratio and the features. Option to run on propane is great so you don't have to keep it stored with gasoline, very convenient.

We purchased this generator first for a generator backup in case of a power outage, we just built a new home and had a 30 amp switch installed into our power supply so we could switch to generator power if needed to run a couple appliances, I also plan on using this generator to build a shed in the back yard. This is a very well built generator that is easy to assemble and move around. I would recommend this generator it even comes with a remote start.

This was a warranty replacement for a WGen9500DF I had bought in January 2022. Unit stopped producing power in August 2022 even though the engine ran fine. Working with the Westinghouse tech staff we determined the generator Stator probably had a short to ground and could not be fixed in the field. Westinghouse promptly declared the unit as unremarkable and sent a brand new unit. Very happy with the support and warranty service provided by Westinghouse. Just unpacked the new generator and will be doing the break in this week. Will post further comments as necessary.

This generator took about 45 minutes to set up. Great easy start, runs equally well on gasoline and propane. More quiet than our old Briggs & Stratton generator. We have been able to run one of our central air units as will as all of the required lights on our 3700 sq ft home, 2 refrigerators, hot water heater a couple of IMac computers, Internet, 2 TVs. Were in Central Florida getting ready for hurricane season. Great purchase. S. Polk

Purchased to replace my last generator that lasted 25 years. Purchased this one and it took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Tested and it works fine. Love the remote start, will be using LP fuel only unless of course my tanks run out and none is available.

I haven't had to rely on this during an outage yet but it will do what I need it to do. I did a test run to make sure it will operate my home rainwater 200v pump and filter. It's big and heavy but worked like a champ pumping and filtering water. Propane only so far, the push button and key fob start are sweet. Looks solid.

Came as described, super powerful and easy to use. Setup was simple as it came mostly already put together. I cannot say I am looking forward to another power outage, but we are certainly ready with this beast outside. The power fob is a great touch!
