I purchased this during an outage to replace a 20 yo generator which had been failing and has more wattage than my old one. This starts right up using the propane fuel, but need to use the electric start if using that fuel type. The pull rope does not turn over the engine enough to start from that fuel but would probably work fine on gas - I have not tested that yet.

Well built Generator easy to assemble it can power my whole house I live in Florida where hurricanes can knock your power out for days. I have 4 generators and this one will be my go to. Electric start and remote start, you can be inside the house and start the generator without going outside in the weather ( Love That )

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work.... Bought this generator a few weeks ago. Assembly was simple. I like many of the features of this unit. Have owned competitive models in the past. The starting system is very nicely designed. Expect to use this as a home back up and a mobile source of power around our farm for many years.

I was going to buy another brand generator. Saw some reviews and videos' for the Wgen9500DF. Bought one delivered in less than a week. Nice delivery person got it on my porch as i was not home and wife was. Took out of box followed directions.Half hour later up and running. Started first try tested running well pump. preformed perfectly. would reamend if you are looking for a solid generator this is it

I bought this two months ago online. It's easy to start and hooked up and ready to power the whole house with a switch on my circuit breaker panel. It comes with motor oil, and a hose for propane use. There will be enough power to keep my water pump running!

Bought a whlie back. Was boxed wrong. Great assistance got me the right one. Started first time. Cant wait to get it wired into my house. Like the remote start and electric choke. Makes it easy for my wife to operate. Want to thank them again for all of their assistance

This is a replacement for another brand that was stolen recently. Prior to this unit, I had to run two generators to provide 50AMP support for my RV. This one unit supports both 30 and 50 amp connections at a much better price point than other brands. The setup was very easy and the unit even comes with a remote starter fob! I am very happy that we decided to get this unit and would highly recommend it.

I chose this generator based on reviews, price, and capabilities. It was really an easy choice, overall quality is great. Only issues I have are, 3/4 the tack welded nuts for the feet were not lined up with the holes so I had to use my drill to make bigger ones. Also, a 1.16 qts bottle of oil was included and the manual calls for 1.1 qts capacity, however the dipstick still reads low after filling. Looking forward to seeing it in action!

We purchased this generator for our 2nd home in the Sierra Mountains as a total back-up connectable to a transfer box that powers every appliance and outlet. This enables us to shower, cook dinner, wash clothes etc. The unit starts easily with battery and trickle charges when stored. Had a propane "T" installed for a quick-connect to our property propane tank. Looking forward to a good experience.
