I bought this generator after researching for several months after my last generator bit the dust. I haven’t gotten to use it yet but this bad boy will power most of my house easily which is a wonderful when hurricane season. The remote start and dual fuel system are nice features.

The Smart Transfer Switch sold me on this unit, also like the remote start. The dual fuel is a big plus, I will probably just use it on propane but being able to use gas is great incase one or the other is unavailable. This unit is a good solution to keep the essentials running in case of an extended power outage.

Recently purchased the WGen9500DFc and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It was easy to set up and started on the first try. The power output is impressive, has provided reliable electricity for my home during outages and in N CA it happens often. I love that it has a remote start and stop feature. The durable construction and user-friendly controls make it a great investment. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a dependable generator!

This model has everything I need for my home backup and recreational uses. Duel fuel; 30A; 50A, outlet covers, and electric start w/charger to keep the battery ready. I really like the remote start - bonus! Unpacked it today and it was easy to assemble. Added the oil and gas and it started right up. Did a lot of searching on the web and I'm really glad I found this one.

This generator satisfies almost all my power needs, knowing that I can use gasoline or propane it’s a plus. Since I am a mobile DJ I can power all my equipment with this generator and still have room to plug more equipment if I needed, don’t hesitate and buy one today!

Bought this generator since we live in hurricane country. We decided to buy a quality product and after some reviews decided on the 9500 duel fuel. We bought it from Amazon because of the price but when it arrived the box was barely holding together. The cover for the pull start is bent so it's stuck. The wheel kit and oil were missing. If you buy one definitely get it in person. The generator itself is great.

Bought it a month ago. Went through the texas winter storm and had no electricity for two days. With so many different generators and brands, I had to do my research. This model had a lot of positive reviews, which is the reason I bought it. So far I’m impressed. Great Product!!!

Super surprised on how easy it was to unbox, "assemble" (wheel kit and feet)...easy peasy. Follow the set up instructions and its smooth sailing. Not hard to move around. Started right up, ran perfectly. Had electricians over to install a lock out and soft start for AC...they were ultra impressed with the fit and finish. Load tested - this can run every essential in my home if power goes out. There are some things that you must prioritize, dryers, over constant AC, stuff like that - Gave me super confidence for winter and summer brown outs. It will take a while to get to know it better, plan on using it once a quarter and making a use log for maintenence needs. So far - A+

I bought this power generator as a backup for my house. It just arrived, and I tested it. The first good impression is that is very easy to operate. I am in the process of hiring an electrician to connect it to the house via a interlok switch. It has multiple outputs to accommodate all your needs. Portability is another important use. I would have liked though to have in the meter the ability to read the actual watts being used. I have already recommended this power generator to several friends.

I hate writing this because my last gen same model worked fine with no problems. Received the Gen today it will not start. Talked to tec support first person was no help. Called back after loosing the connection. This time they wrote up a ticket and said a tec will call be back at some time. I just don't know when that will be
