Already checked the system to see if it works very pleased. 3/4 of my house can run on this generator.

Just bought and haven’t really started but it looks really good and had everything shown on website.

Definitely would recommend this generator, have used it a few times not for power outage yet not quite into robust hurricane season in Florida yet.

This product was easy to set up.It offers several outlets to power more items. It's a very heavy and sturdy generator.

Just picked this up before the next hurricane in Florida. I wanted a dual fuel high capacity generator, and this definitely meets my expectations.

Just upgrade from the 5650 watt version. I am looking forward to having the remote start. Have the flexibility to use propane is great

we wanted a whole house portable generator to provide a back up. After much research...I decided on the Westinghouse WGen 9500DF. It was a great deal in comparison to a Generac or Honda, and so far it delivers just as well as those brands. We are able to power the entire house with it using a 50amp connection and interlock kit hooked up to our breaker panel. This beast even runs the central AC unit! (although you do need a "soft start" device installed on the AC compressor to help things along) We are very pleased so far with the generator and feel much better prepared for the next outage.

Purchased this as a partial home backup generator given the increasing frequency of storms knocking out power in our neighborhood. Now we can open the garage door, keep our security system and internet online, and keep our fridges running so our food doesn't spoil while waiting on the power to be restored. Stoked about this addition to our home and investment in our future. (Though truthfully, I hope it's rarely used!)

Purchased this unit at the recommendation of my electrician to be connected to a transfer switch in the event our power goes out. I live in Florida and it's part of my hurricane preparedness for our new villa. Assembly was quite simple. One small issue was one bolt that attaches the vibration leg was crossed threaded but that was quickly corrected. Followed the instructions hooking up battery, adding oil (which is a plus they provided in the box) using the supplied funnel (that was easy with the funnel provided). Attached the propane tank, turned on the switches and hit the start button twice. It fired right up and ran smoothly. After running for about 5 minutes I plugged in some electric tools and everything performed as expected. Turned off unit and restarted using the remote, hit the start button twice (as instructed) and the generator again came to life. So far I'm pleased with my purchase. Like the wheels, remote/elec start, the fold down wheelbarrow type handle and the available outlets.
