I read a ton of reviews before the purchase. This a beautifully built generator that is easy to use and start. Simple to switch fuels and for a large generator it is relatively quiet. I am very happy I paid a little more for this quality generator.

The product arrived in good shape, no damage to the box. The product looked well made and professional when opened. We followed the assembly instructions which were not perfect but we were able to figure out that the large washers went between the frame and the wheels by following the picture instead of the written instructions. Followed the prestart instructions and generator started on first attempt and is operating as expected. We are running it for the break in period now. We have not had to use for an outage yet but have high expectations that this generator will provide the service we need.

I bought this generator about 2 months ago in preparation for the winter months. The overall setup was fairly easy. It is a somewhat heavy piece of machinery, so keep that in mind. I have not had the chance to use it, but it does seem to be sturdy and decently built.

Had hook-ups installed at elderly Mom's house since she loses power ridiculously often. Started right up and worked great when we tested it. No load bogging down at all when we powered the house circuits. Uses both propane and gasoline which is handy for us and will power enough circuits to keep her comfortable until the power comes back on.

We suffered a tremendous ice storm in early February, and our power was out for 11 days. Had a hard time and used two smaller generators to keep our food supply safe. Immediately ordered this one, as it will also power our heating system, and comes highly recommended. Having it plumbed into our LPG system for continuous use if needed in the future.

The instructions are very easy to understand, with features that make me appreciate its versatility even more than I did when I initially purchased it. Although it is less powerful when used with propane, it is cleaner having propane cylinders than gasoline cannisters, but using both fuels makes it less likely that you will run out of fuel anytime soon. I also intend to hook it up to my breaker panel next year but in the meanwhile I can easily use the 4 120v outlets. I also like the comfort of using the fob that comes with it. I have also been impressed with customer service so far. It arrived with one cracked wheel and cracked engine oil funnel. I got through to a real person fairly quickly, who was very helpful.

After carefully and thoroughly searching for a generator, I kept coming to this one due to the ease of use, the great reviews and the remote is a bonus for my wife to use when I'm not home. It has everything I was looking for in a generator plus added things I didn't think I needed. I'll be ordering the ST Switch soon to complete the system. Very happy and pleased with this WGen9500DF. My generator was just delivered. We recently built on land and I have been concerned about outages. Having this generator has given me great peace of mind in the event of an outage. I ordered on line ( new for me for such a large purchase). It took less than two weeks to get here and was delivered at the agreed upon time. It is super easy to use and very versatile, as it uses three types of fuel. It heats my whole house when needed. It is also quieter than many other generators we looked at, a feature we had previously not known to consider. All in all, a great product.

Bought this a week ago and the rain finally quit to try it out. Starts great, runs great and runs my whole house when I need it know, and probably will. Where I am the main power goes out on a regular basis, but now I won’t have to worry with my new generator!

Heavy, well built generator. The dual fuel capability was the main selling point, it was very easy to set up. The owner's manual was easy to follow but it needs a revision concerning the remote start key fob - pairing was not needed (worked right out of the box!).
