The WGen 9500DF is a beast of a machine with dual Fuel. Unpacked with the wheels on it's actually easy getting it around for me 79 year young lady. I will like using the bottles of propane to run it. Not used yet!

Received generator at home from a shipping company. Display control panel was broken. Good side! returned to Walmart with no other issues. Now I need to order again.

Working great. Easy set-up. Love gas or propane option. Bought during tax free hurricane prep dates at best price around. Delivered to garage door. Couldn't beat it.

Sufficient power to run my house after a hurricane passes. Bought a manual transfer switch and receptacle and a generator cord to complete emergency standby generator. Runs on gas and propane giving you time to find more gas.

Generator was fairly priced and available after shopping other stores. The duel fuel and remote start was a big selling point. The generator seems well built and easy to use.

The product is wonderful but their customer support is terrible…..waited on the line for 40 minutes to only be disconnected! Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic

Bought this following a storm that cut our power for a few days. Works well so far. Having the convenience or to choose propane or regular fuel is a huge benefit.

Great features for a generator at this price point. Automatic choke, remote start, and battery charging port are not often seen in generators at this price!

Bought after a 2 day outage. Finnaly fed up and got a generator big enough to do the entire house. Added oil. Fuel. And it fired right up and ran for a full day. Never missed a beat! Look forward to the security of having back up power!
