Excellent Salmon. Arrived frozen. Have eaten 3 pieces since received using 3 different recipes. Each meal was great. Key for me is to thaw in frig and cook as soon as thawed.

This is my 3rd time ordering this salmon online and I am so disappointed with the service I received. I placed the order on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday ( there is a 2 day time when you place the order). When did I receive my Salmon?, Monday morning! Arrived with no dry ice which was completed melted and ALL of the salmon thawed out. Nothing was frozen, had to discard the entire box of salmon.I was depending on this order for an event I had planned on Sunday for Mother's day. Not sure if I will order again.

The salmon was packaged beautifully and was frozen solid. The shipment I received emitted an odd odor when cooking, had a strange bland taste that bordered on being tasteless, and had an unpleasant chemical-like after taste. I cooked several portions and threw most of it away.

This salmon has the cleanest, freshest flavor of any frozen salmon I have ever eaten. Seems Sam's has worked on getting the product delivered in the time to maintain temperature. The salmon delivered today, 9APR26 still had a small amount of the dry ice still in it. However, the weather in the southeast has been real cool this week. When it warms up 1 bag of ice will not do the job. I say this so that hopefully someone in Sam's corporate will read this make adjustment with the seasons. Then as a consumer I to will pay attention to the condition of the product when it arrives. This Salmon is worth some of the extra care and attention!!!!.

I like this salmon and have ordered a few times. However, except for the first time, all subsequent orders arrive completely defrost, soft cannot eat as "sushi". The ice bag is always cut open but absolutely no ice inside. I called Sams but they cannot reach the third party, they said. I give up.

I receved them on the date specified. It was well packed and the filets were still solidly frozen. I just prepared one, sashimi style, and yes it was indeed sashimi quality, very fresh tasting. Sam's used to have these sashimi quality salmon in their stores and I was disappointed when they stopped selling them. I hope Sam's never stops selling them online.

This is not good sushi grade salmon...the fat content is non existent. At least the packs I received. The advertisement pics show a nice colour and fatty lines, but reality is not that at all. I am going to try and request my money back. If I got this as sashimi at a restaurant, it would be sent back.

Earlier shipments arrived with edges that were thawed and dry ice completely gone. The last shipment arrived several days late and was completely thawed, it would have been dangerous to consume, so we called mid shipment as soon as we knew it would be delayed and asked for a refund. We took the packages to the dump for disposal.

Have ordered this sushi grade Salmon multiple times. Very good quality. Has arrived completely frozen each time. BUT, the fifth star is missing because the vacuum sealing process is changed and the fillets were not vacuum sealed, which allowed freezer burn to occur. Disappointed in this change as all other cases came with each fillet vacuum sealed, lasting perfectly until thawed for use.

The estimated shipping was off and my order was pushed back a week. If that wasn't bad enough when it did arrive all the ice/dry ice they used was gone and the fish was spoiled. A revolting experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
