Perfect Portions

Appears to be just plain frozen thin portions. No odor but I wouldn’t think of using this for sushi or sashimi unless it was cooked. I tasted a very small piece and it wasn’t very good. If you’re looking for portions to cook then this is for you. Not sushi or sashimi

I just received my order and I am VERY impressed! All of it was frozen solid and I live in the Deep South. I placed an order for 2 cases. One had a large chunk of dry ice in tact. The other had a chunk approximately the size of my hand. The salmon was frozen solid. Very happy with my order and I will order the salmon again. Purchased on recommendation by a friend. Not a fan of sockeye salmon which is the only type I can purchase in club. Norway has a good reputation so I decided to give these a try. Love them. Easy to cook, great tasting. New favorite of my family. Sale price makes them very affordable for fresh fish. Shipped as promised, fully frozen even though dry ice was completely evaporated. Will purchase again.

Came into this with high hopes, but the portions were unexpectedly fishy tasting. Would have loved to be able to make sushi at home, but I don't think it would work well. Baking turned out OK, but I expect better with a claim of sashimi grade. Shipping box was packed with dry ice, which was a nice plus.

This was excellent quality and well packaged, arrived frozen with dry ice in package for a long time. My wife and I really enjoyed it and gave many packages as gifts and Christmas presents. I received two packages today, no ice in package, salmon completely thawed...... and the shipment was fast, meaning that it was never packed well in the first place. We will have to look elsewhere henceforth.

Really nice sashimi grade salmon shipped in an insulated container box with dry ice. There was still some dry ice left as it was delivered and the fish was frozen hard as rock. The fish is very fresh and it was divided into 16small packages which makes storage and cooking convenient. I have Tried sashimi, seared and oven baked and they are all delicious. Will order again

We’ve ordered this quite a few times over the past couple of years. Each order has been shipped fine and arrived frozen. We exclusively use this for making sushi/sashimi and with the exception of a few packs that have lost their vacuum seal this has been consistently pretty good salmon. Only real complaint is past couple shipments they have been sending very thin cuts which don’t work well for sashimi presentation. Also have been noticing bones in the past couple shipments. Hope they don’t continue this trend or will have to seek another source.
