Poor cheap packaging does not keep salmon frozen. Ordered this several times, chatted with agents made sure that it comes with dry ice. Nope. Comes thawed. Very disappointing

At the time of my order, the advertisement clearly stated 14 ct salmon. However, I received 12 ct, and the advertisement has since been changed. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Shipping was fine but there are bones in the salmon pieces and they fold over the belly of the fish to make it look like perfect cuts of fish. Some of the belly folded over pieces were a lil on the fishy side so i won't be ordering them again.

Package arrived with ZERO dry ice remaining and FULLY THAWED salmon. Packages were leaking and slimy, smelly mess. Can't seem to find a point of contact for resolution of this unacceptable transaction.

Have gotten this several times before and it was always delivered in good shape. This time though Fedex would not deliver it because it was thawed. Sam's was good enough to refund me in full. This must be shipping from a different vendor.

I ordered this online, so it was shipped from the east coast to Colorado during the heat of summer. It took two full days to ship and when it arrived, the dry ice was completely thawed but the fish itself was still mostly, but not solidly, frozen. The quality of the fish is superior to any of the other frozen salmon options at Sam's. Once thawed, it smells like the ocean an not fishy at all. In my opinion, there is far too much fluid in the packages. Once thawed, the portions are not what I would call a "looker." They are pale (which in a sense is good because the fish weren't fed pigment) and the pieces I received are rather thin. So thin that if you want to cook it, it doesn't have time to brown. Overall, I am satisfied with the salmon but I'm not sure I'll order this again.

Delivered frozen. Excellent flavor

Grilled the fillets. Delicious. Will definitely buy again.
