Wonderful salmon. It arrived nicely frozen. We were very satisfied with the taste. Very mild and fresh.

Delivery was very prompt but the fillet quality was not as good as the last time (3 weeks ago). It was little too soft to serve as sushi or sashimi.

It arrived totally melted. The temperature was between 64-78degree Fahrenheit. Very frustrating and looking forward to hearing about investigation.
