The weights are perfect. However, the case arrived broken and pretty much useless. It has clip locks and one does not work. There was also a packing slip or something stuck to the front of it that will not come off, so it's broken and unattractive. I should have just ordered the weights or the weights/stand combo instead of the case.

I wanted a small, lower weight set to tone arms, shoulders and back. This is perfect and I can store it out of sight when not in use. I use the lighter ones when I walk on the treadmill and it helps with weight loss.

I purchased these after I started yoga exercises. They arrived in a timely manner, in excellent condition. Case was also in excellent condition. I will buy from Wal-Mart again.
