They are small, well packaged, and mighty. The weights are color coded and should I ever need more the weight the entire container with the weights inside could be used as a dumbbell. Smart design.

Since i cant do a lot of exercise i thought I would try weights. I'm working on my arms. what I like is I can start with let's say, a 2 pound weight and work to a higher level as I improve. I like the case the weights come in it's easy storage and when i want to use them i know where they are. I will be measuring my arms soon to see if they are getting a little firmer. wish me luck.

Love this "kit" I have not seen another set like this. I can carry the whole set with ease to where I want to work out.

Excellent dumbbell set. Three separate set of weights. Total weight 20 lbs. Mostly both my wife and myself use them while walking on the treadmill. Also use them during low impact cardio. Would highly recommend them. Will last you a life time. Also at a good price

This is a fine set for the beginner because there is a choice between the 2, 3 and 5 pound sets. Most older people (like me) would use the 5 pounders occasionally, the 2 or 3 pounders most often.

They are dumbbells I haven't used them yet but they seem fine, the carrying case opens and closes nicely and it will be easy to storage once I find a place. They will work for what I need them to do.

This set is perfect! I was lucky to stumble on it during my search to make working out at home a much easier transition. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery as well. It came way before expected date.

This set of weights is really great for my morning workout. I use the 5 lb. weights normally and change to the 3 lb. weights when I develop some soreness in my shoulder. I am 78 and will probably get into the 3 lb. and 2 lb. weights as I get older.

Nice case for the weights. Good feel of the covering on the bar bells. Wish there was a 1 pound weight.
