bag was rotted when i received it 2nd time this has happened at sam's

Small and Lots of Bad Places

They were mostly rotten on inside by worm hole.

I will not buy these again.

Damaged

I love a bag of russets that have uniform sizes, and that means a great baked potato. Oh, yeah, they taste wonderful too!

Yes! Uniform Sizes

They are great to for making baked potatoes.  They're the only kind I will buy.  They normally keep well when stored in a cool dry place.

Easy to peel! I always said when I got older and had more money I would buy big potatoes. Weird, I know! Feels like less peeling!

Nothing wrong with the quality, but the bag is generally pretty bad about consistency regarding size and shape.

Firm, fresh, large Russet potatoes at a lower price than the supermarkets.  Excellent for baking or other recipes.

These are the best potatoes I have bought at a market in 15 years.  They are not rotten in the middle.

POTATOES ARE OLD

Great for stews, soups, baked and home made mashed potatoes.
The bag is pretty big and great for large families and restaurants.  It's best to consume within 1 week of purchase to avoid sprouting, greening, softening, or a musty odor. 
It says to keep is a cool, dark place to last up to 3 to 5 months.  I have never tried this.  Maybe put in a brown paper bag and put it in a cool pantry or something.
Russet potatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They also contain fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate. Russets are low in fat and sodium, and they provide a decent amount of carbohydrates and protein.
