I make chips, fries, haystack fries, mashed, country, hashed and on and on. Price and quality unmatched. I look for a bag with a few huge potatoes so I can make long cut chips. So much better than bagged chips and I season them the way I want in the oils I trust (also at Sam's). I use a mandolin with different plate strings to cut the way I want. I wish Sam's sold those (mandolin).

For the price, these are the best and LARGEST potatoes I can buy! Most are HUGE so you can make a massive baked potato. For the two of us, I can also use one big one and cut up for fried potatoes or homemade French fries. SO worth buying over the tiny ones in the grocery.

These are lovely potatoes! Never a bad one in the bag, nice and firm and they make great air fryer French fries, scalloped potatoes and roast potatoes.

The reason I don't usually buy russet potatoes in a bag is because they are too small. I like to get the individual ones at the grocery store because they are larger. These potatoes in the 10 lb. bag at Sam's were very large and cooked up nice and fluffy as baked potatoes.

I use these to make twice baked potates and then freeze them. Baked potatoes in oven not microwave. Cut in two lengthwise and scoop out potatoe leaving a thick shell. Make mashed potatoes. I mix a little sour cream in. Refill shells woth mashed potatoes. Freeze, vaccume seal. When you want to eat them, punch a hole in the bag and microwave until hot. Tastes like you just made them.

Normally we have no issues with potatoes. The last time we bought them they seemed hard to peel for some reason. They were fine after about 2 days though. Overall they've been good with this last time being our only issue. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

The potatoes are good and usually large. I would have given a 5 star, but the last two bags I purchased (different times) seem to quickly go bad. The price is good and I would probably pay the same or more for just a couple of potatoes at a local grocery store.

I use a lot of potatoes. Making them for breakfast lunches and dinners. Hash browns or fried country potatoes mixed with andouille, onions and green peppers. Mash potatoes bowl take offs from KFC are popular as well as smashed potatoes baked on Parmesan cheese, dusted with chives and a dollop of sour cream

Now these are a great value for these potatoes. The only drawback is out of each bay. You're going to run across about 3 to 4 potatoes with the black eyes in them. But simply cut them out.

Funny you should ask. These potatoes didn't last 5 days, as they were all rotten. Not sure why, if they were frozen or just a forgotten bag, but the stink was unbearable. I will have to buy my potatoes directly from inside the store, as at least I can feel the firmness. Generally speaking, potatoes are hit and miss, and these ones were definitely, a miss.
