These cost a little more than the same product in our local grocery stores, but they seem to last quite a bit longer. Reducing waste is worth paying an extra 10%. Larger sized, great for baking, mashing, roasting... we do everything with these potatoes. We'll never go back to buying them in a regular store.

Here's a simple, natural review: Very good quality yellow potatoes. They were fresh, firm, and clean, with no dark spots, soft areas, or noticeable blemishes. The potatoes were a nice, consistent size and looked well selected. Overall, very pleased with the freshness and quality.

For the price, these are the best and LARGEST potatoes I can buy! Most are HUGE so you can make a massive baked potato. For the two of us, I can also use one big one and cut up for fried potatoes or homemade French fries. SO worth buying over the tiny ones in the grocery.

I make chips, fries, haystack fries, mashed, country, hashed and on and on. Price and quality unmatched. I look for a bag with a few huge potatoes so I can make long cut chips. So much better than bagged chips and I season them the way I want in the oils I trust (also at Sam's). I use a mandolin with different plate strings to cut the way I want. I wish Sam's sold those (mandolin).

The russet potatoes are excellent. They are large, unlike the small size found in most grocery stores. They are great for baking or mashed potatoes.

These are lovely potatoes! Never a bad one in the bag, nice and firm and they make great air fryer French fries, scalloped potatoes and roast potatoes.

Normally we have no issues with potatoes. The last time we bought them they seemed hard to peel for some reason. They were fine after about 2 days though. Overall they've been good with this last time being our only issue. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

It shouldn't be that difficult to find good quality potatoes that don't have scars or bad spots on them, but it is. I am very careful to look them over before purchasing because I have found rotten ones in the bag. I do wish Sams Club would have more quality produce.

These potatoes had a lot of flaws in them and I normally would never review potatoes, but these deserve a review. I had to cut out way too many black pieces from the middle of the potatoes and surrounding areas after slicing. It was extra work that resulted in having to use an extra potato to make up the difference. It a good thing I peeled them instead of using them as baked potatoes because I would have never known all the black matter was there.

I'd like to know whether or not the lack of eyes are due to hybrid variation or the use of chlorpropham, aka CIPC. This chemical is rated as: Carcinogenicity, Category 2. That means it is suspected of causing cancer in humans based on evidence from human and/or animal studies. However, the evidence isn't strong enough to classify it as a known human carcinogen.
