Very large Russets!

The reason I don't usually buy russet potatoes in a bag is because they are too small. I like to get the individual ones at the grocery store because they are larger. These potatoes in the 10 lb. bag at Sam's were very large and cooked up nice and fluffy as baked potatoes.

Best quality and price in the area in my opinion

I use these to make twice baked potates and then freeze them. Baked potatoes in oven not microwave. Cut in two lengthwise and scoop out potatoe leaving a thick shell. Make mashed potatoes. I mix a little sour cream in. Refill shells woth mashed potatoes. Freeze, vaccume seal. When you want to eat them, punch a hole in the bag and microwave until hot. Tastes like you just made them.

Excellent Potatoes

These potatoes are so much better than grocery store potatoes. When I need potatoes, I go to Sam’s Club to buy them. They are not those little tiny potatoes. Great for baking!

Good potatoes and they last!

These potatoes taste so good. They taste better than when I buy potatoes at other stores. A good price and they last for awhile. The price is top notch. I’m the person who thinks you have to have potatoes with most meals. Will buy these again!

Great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin

Great for stews, soups, baked and home made mashed potatoes. The bag is pretty big and great for large families and restaurants. It's best to consume within 1 week of purchase to avoid sprouting, greening, softening, or a musty odor. It says to keep is a cool, dark place to last up to 3 to 5 months. I have never tried this. Maybe put in a brown paper bag and put it in a cool pantry or something. Russet potatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They also contain fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate. Russets are low in fat and sodium, and they provide a decent amount of carbohydrates and protein.

So many dishes so many recipes

I use a lot of potatoes. Making them for breakfast lunches and dinners. Hash browns or fried country potatoes mixed with andouille, onions and green peppers. Mash potatoes bowl take offs from KFC are popular as well as smashed potatoes baked on Parmesan cheese, dusted with chives and a dollop of sour cream

Great value

Now these are a great value for these potatoes. The only drawback is out of each bay. You’re going to run across about 3 to 4 potatoes with the black eyes in them. But simply cut them out.

Bad potatoes

These potatoes were just not good! Most Of them had had spots inside of the them. I was extremely disappointed in this purchase and won’t be buying potatoes from Sam’s Club until they change this supplier.

Many potatoes have black spots in the interior, which makes using them for baked potatoes impossible because you don't know what you have until you cut them open to serve. Try serving those to your guests.

Just old potatoes

Not what we expected nor what we typically get from here. Getting late in season and these look like last years produce. Full of dark spots, some rotting, and after a couple of days we found one that had gone completely bad. The smell is terrible.
