These spoiled too soon like within a couple days . I would not Recommend

Potatoes were a great size but lacks quality. Lots of black spots and water rot on the inside.

These potatoes are just the right size to top with your favorite toppings as main dish.

These potatoes were just not good! Most
Of them had had spots inside of the them. I was extremely disappointed in this purchase and won’t be buying potatoes from Sam’s Club until they change this supplier.

Bad potatoes

Great for stews, soups, baked and home made mashed potatoes.
The bag is pretty big and great for large families and restaurants.  It's best to consume within 1 week of purchase to avoid sprouting, greening, softening, or a musty odor. 
It says to keep is a cool, dark place to last up to 3 to 5 months.  I have never tried this.  Maybe put in a brown paper bag and put it in a cool pantry or something.
Russet potatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They also contain fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate. Russets are low in fat and sodium, and they provide a decent amount of carbohydrates and protein.
