Potatoes

Good, overall. Very good for baking potatoes in the oven, air fryer and Microwave. Just good.

These potatoes had rotten spots in the middle snd they smelled like dirt.

Most of the potatoes were black on the inside. They looked good on outside, but not on the inside.

Great for stews, soups, baked and home made mashed potatoes.
The bag is pretty big and great for large families and restaurants.  It's best to consume within 1 week of purchase to avoid sprouting, greening, softening, or a musty odor. 
It says to keep is a cool, dark place to last up to 3 to 5 months.  I have never tried this.  Maybe put in a brown paper bag and put it in a cool pantry or something.
Russet potatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They also contain fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate. Russets are low in fat and sodium, and they provide a decent amount of carbohydrates and protein.
