They were bad. Couldn’t tell until got home and took them out of the bag

These are great value and they are consistent in their huge size perfect for cooking and baking

You would think the shopper would see that the potatoes are old, probably could’ve given me a better sack

Great for stews, soups, baked and home made mashed potatoes.
The bag is pretty big and great for large families and restaurants.  It's best to consume within 1 week of purchase to avoid sprouting, greening, softening, or a musty odor. 
It says to keep is a cool, dark place to last up to 3 to 5 months.  I have never tried this.  Maybe put in a brown paper bag and put it in a cool pantry or something.
Russet potatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They also contain fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate. Russets are low in fat and sodium, and they provide a decent amount of carbohydrates and protein.
