Took the generator out of box added the oil and gas and connected the battery. Turned the generator on and gas started leaking. Took panels off and the gas line from tank to carburetor was torn almost in half next to the gas tank. Cut bad part out and reconnected. Can not get the 30amp to feed the shop as back up power. after hooking up to the panel and locking out main power and switching to generator with all breakers of it goes straight to overload.

Purchased 2/14/2022 After a lot of research I decided to go with the igen 4500 for my 34' travel trailer. I purchased the generator mainly for the AC unit. However, I will use it for other item in the trailer as well. The igen 4500 started with no problems, battery was charged. The electric starter worked, remote key start worked and the pull start worked all on the first try. The size of the unit wasn't as big as I expected which was nice and it was much quieter than I thought which was one of the main reason I went with the iGen 4500. Once I use it this summer I will have a better idea if it was worth it or not. I believe it will be.

I bought this for the sole reason of not wanting to have multiple generators to power our camper. I have to say the IGen4500 runs everything with out a problem. It’s easy to use and large enough to keep things running in the house if my main generator fails. The best part is the price compared to other that are half the power!

We bought this and in the matter of a week took it to a primative horse camp. For May camping we were not expecting to be needing the heat in our trailer so we got to really test this thing out. It ran all of our light, water, my instapot, and our furnace with zero issues! It never even had to rev up when we had everything running at once. The key fob was fabulous, no need to run outside to start and stop the generator for the "quiet hours" at camp. We were also surprised with how quiet it was! For the money this thing is more than comparable to some of the other high end brands that cost 2-3 times as much.

We took it out of the box and added oil and gas and it started on 2nd pull. We ran for a little over an hour and hooked it to our camper. It ran the air conditioning unit and all the lights and never even bogged down. Awesome purchase! Highly recommend

i just received my igen 4500. the instructions were simple to follow. The best part of this was the generator started on the first touch of the remote. The generator is a little heavy for a 63 year old to carry. Well, the built in handle for rolling the generator came in handy. Great product.

Generator is well built and appears to be sturdy enough for intended RV use. Directions for use are simple and should allow for easy operation. Looking forward to using it on trips where normal RV hook-ups are not available. It appears it will be able to power all of our necessary devices without any strain on it or us.

I purchased the igen 4500 inverter a year ago for my travel trailer. We have camped primitive with it over 20 times without any trouble. The larger capacity fuel tank allows it to run through the night without having to refuel, and has enough power to run the whole camper including the microwave.

I bought this generator as a backup for power outages. Then had the opportunity to test it a week later. Easy to setup and the push button start worked first time every time. Power was out for 12 hours. Kept the refrigerator cold, some lamps running and electronics charged. Perfect for my needs.

I bought this to use for my RV and around my property for running power tool and air compressors. So far it has been very strong and powers everything I've had to use. I had two 2000k generator before and they couldn't handle the load I needed. So far I'm impressed and I'm looking forward to using it with my RV.
