Powerful unit that I can load by myself

Bought this generator for the sound level and maneuverability. It weighs just under a hundred pounds and I can load and unload this without any help. Have no issues with the unit at all. Added oil & gas, connected the battery and started it up. Done.

Quiet generator with remote start/stop

I've recently bought it, so can't say much about any problem might face during normal use. After connecting the battery (it came disconnected), adding oil, gasoline, I attempted to run it using the manual start without charging the battery but it did not start. After charging the battery for about 30 min, it ran with a push with very low noise level. It came with a remote start/stop which is a very convenient feature. So far so good.

As Advertised!!!

We recently purchased this generator for camping. So far so good, Even fully loaded to 85% its super quiet. The remote start feature works flawlessly. We would recommend this to anybody looking for a quality generator with all the features. I've seen a few people complain about no oil fill funnel or spark plug wrench, ours came with both items and new oil for the first fill up as well.

Easy to use

We bought this to use when no power is available while camping with our trailer. Living in Arizona, we wanted to be able to run the 30-amp AC in the trailer for comfort. On our first outing, the generator stopped once and indicated an elevated CO level. It was outside, and not close to the trailer. After a cooling off period, we started it again, and had no problems. We were at 7700 feet elevation, so we will look into purchasing the high-altitude kit that is available, in case it may be useful for future outings. Overall, we are happy with the generator. An additional positive find is that it fits in the back of our pickup which has a folding cover over the truck bed. The cover is able to latch, so the compact size is great.

Best Generator/investor ever!

I have been RVing for years. Mostly dirt Sprint Car races. you have to “dry camp” most of the time. NO hookups! Have gone thru numerous generators in 30 yrs. noisy, hard to start etc. I’m getting old. The features on this generator, electric start etc , powers my RV including AC (Ever gone USAC racing in Indiana in July? AC is a must!!). The happiest of been in years. Quiet, great power, and oh yeah the electric start make this a true gem! And considerably cheaper than its most renown “quiet” competitor. Actually have had folks who own some generator made by some Japanese motorcycle Company state “they wish they had known about this product”. Totally happy, completely satisfied, thrilled beyond belief! Oh yeah, electric start and great run time on a tank of fuel!!!

Compact, quiet

I have had a Briggs & Stratton 5500 Watt Storm Responder for years. LOUD. The iGen4500 sound is so low that you can actually talk to someone right next to the unit while it is running without yelling. Perfect for campers to run the AC. The remote start is such a bonus.

Sweet little machine

This thing is fantastic! I didn’t know what to expect, especially since I was buying it online without seeing it in store. It appears to be well built, and after adding the oil/gas and connecting the battery, it fired right up without any hesitation.

iGEN 4500

I am re-registering my igen4500.. When I initially registered it, I had not used it and could not give a review, but, now I can. I purchased this product to run my 40' fifth/wheel and it did the job. While it can't run both the 15,000 btu a/c's at the same time, it powered one while keeping everything else running including the fridge, lights, microwave, water etc. I bought the 4500 because of that capability. Those 2200/watt generators can't do that. Used it a solid month and ran it from 2-3 hours straight to 6-7 hours at a time, every day. The front information panel tells me everything. The amount of run time left, power output, fuel level, voltage and total run time. The a/c//microwave kicking on brings the noise level up a bit, but, when those are off it's very quiet. It got a little wet and muddy from some storms we went through, but it kept running and functioning without any problems. I have started it all 3 ways and it starts right up every time. I will mention your customer service because they were great. You can look up my my interaction with them. They were instrumental in my purchase and keeping this inv/gen. Taking it out for a month again in September. So far so good!

So Far...So Good

Purchased for our camper after reading lots of comparisons and reviews. Arrived today via UPS. No problems when unpacking. Followed the instructions, connected the battery, added oil and gas, then it fired right up after a few cranks. Let it warm up and then used a 1500W heat gun and flood light to give it a load -- no problems. My only issue was the instructions said add the entire container of oil (0.63qt)...I did and when I pulled the funnel out, about 0.03qt of oil spilled out and I notice the label on the generator said it holds 0.60qt. If that's the only problem, I'll take that!

Fuel Capacity

I bought this a little over a month ago, for the price of the unit given the fuel capacity and output there wasn't a better one out there in the inverter/ generator market! This thing runs great, does what I need it to, and comes with everything to get you going right out of the box!
