Purchased generator for use with an IceCastle/RV where AC would not be available. No problems with the auto choke wire harness - it was properly seated. Engine break-in was a non-event. Minimal metal observed in oil changes. Oil drain plug is a little awkward to get to. It might be easier if the oil change access panel was larger. At around 100 lbs, it does not feel like a cheap, lightweight unit. Telescoping handle is a neat feature for moving the unit. The two handles on top seem to be solid when picking up the unit. During testing with the RV, this model was able to run all the appliances and air conditioner unit with ease. This unit is pretty quiet for a generator. You can carry on a conversation with the unit running close by. Very little change in noise when running at about a 55% load. I expect to get a long service life from this generator.

I just received the iGen 4500 today and it was very easy to set up. Add oil, add gas, hook up battery and started with remote on first try. It's very quiet, I plugged in a belt sander and it didn't make a difference in sound. It says "auto rotating display" but it's not, you have to press a little button on display to go through the functions. I will be putting it under more load with the RV soon. Pros; Easy start, Quiet, easy to understand display Cons; Display does not auto rotate (not a big deal but it says it is).

I bought this generator because of 3 things 1 is that its a enclosed inverter generator 2 its features like the digital information screen and most importantly is the remote start, i live fulltime in my rv so that was a must have Another important thing about this generator is the run time on a tank, i have gotten 16 hours out of a full tank of gas

Only owned the generator for a couple of weeks, started up fine and ran for 5 hours for the break in period. After five hours, checked to see if it would start the 5th wheel A/C, no problem at all. Hopefully it will continue operating without a hitch.

We purchased the iGen4500 after losing power for 5 days due to a blizzard. The product arrived, it was easy to setup, and we lost power again. The iGen fires right up and is simple to use. We were able to power our household for 3 days recently after another blizzard.

I bought this to replace a Yamaha ef2400. The Yamaha had been almost flawless for 15 years, but we had to be very careful to not overload it with other appliances when the 11,000btu AC unit was running. This unit is the iGen4500 with 3500W rated capacity. I’ve run it about 3 hours with an electric heater for load to cover the specified <50% load break in. It started an ran well. The noise level seems to be comparable to the Yamaha. I think the next 30 hours are not supposed to exceed 75% load. We’ll complete that on our next outing near the end of August 2021. That will also be the first opportunity to run the AC. I’ll update this if possible after that trip.

Very happy with the purchase of our generator. I really like the small footprint of the unit, and I like how it looks too. It is very easy to use - push-button start, pull start, and key fob have all worked well. I will say it is a pain to have to plug in the wiring harness for the auto-choke, and I would like to see the manual choke have easier access (I'm keeping it a 5-star review because the auto-choke worked as needed after I got the harness plugged in and considering the shape of the box the generator arrived in, it very well could have been jostled loose during shipping.) I like being able to monitor different aspects of the machine, especially the voltmeter during the break-in phase.

Just received this iGen4500c (one of two) and I love this set up. Poured the oil in, added some gas and hooked up the battery. A flip of the switch, a press of the button and it started right up. It ran smooth as silk immediately. Plugged it all kinds of power tools to vary the load and it did not skip a beat. I ran it for a 30 minute period to begin the break in. I was very happy with how quiet this beast is. Speaks softly and puts out a lot of power. Next I will hook this one to it's brother that I also just received (two of two) with the parallel hook up and run my 5th wheel trailer, which is why I bought two. I have no doubt they will handle everything just like they should. Control panel gives a lot of info, some info you don't notice at first. The fuel gauge and power output percentage are nice LED level gauges on both sides of LED readout gauge. The only two complaints I have is that gas consumption on LED gauge is only in liters and not gallons and that there are some sharp edges around the area where the battery goes. Scratched up my arm well but I have "old man skin".

Used various generators throughout the years as a firefighter. This generator seems to be almost as quiet as the 2200 watt red generators which name starts with the letter “H”. After adding oil and gas this generator started immediately with the push of the start button. Starter battery was fully charged straight from the box. Overall this unit appears to be built solid and I expect it will provide many years of reliable service.

Needed a quiet and dependable generator to power an RV and other household appliances. This is above and beyond. Super quiet and starts with the push of a button on the first try. No issues and no stalls. Out performs the Honda that is twice the price. Easy to use and easier to move and transport.
