I bought this a month ago to take on a trip to the Black Hills. It was our first trip out west with our new camper and I was a bit nervous about using a generator for Boondocking. This is by far the quietest generator I have ever owned. We could barely hear it from inside the camper last night. It was easy to setup and run. I would highly recommend this generator!!

Having never used a generator before, I was nervous about the set up and maintenance and both are a breeze. The manual is clear and concise and covers everything in good detail. It's sturdy yet easy to move with the inbuilt handles and pull-out handle. Great product!

I am happy with the power output of the unit and how incredibly quiet it is. However, the push button and remote start work very sporadically. Would be 5 stars if that worked as advertised, but other than that the pull start is very easy and generally starts within 1-2 pulls.

Bought a few weeks ago, quick shipping and secure packaging. Seems to run as expected... after several tests only 2 complaints, oil capacity .60 Qts but what was included was .63 Qts, if not careful reservoir will overflow and overflow is difficult to clean up resulting in dripping oil from bottom of generator. Other thing I have noticed is although the Watts meter will indicate to the running watts it does not react fast enough to indicate what your surge watts might be, that would be nice to know.

New purchase and just received. Well packaged and no issues to date. After reading the user manual I ordered and just received the high altitude kit(s), one for the regulator and second for the carburetor. Changing out the regulator nozzle is a simple procedure while the carburetor jet will be a little more work, just haven't had time to install it yet. But judging by the available online video it's a very straight forward procedure and I'm not anticipating any issues. All is going well so far.

We bought this generator because of the output we needed to power a DJ for our daughter's wedding and didn't want to listen to an open frame generator. I was amazed on how quite it was. We are RVers and so are many of the people that came to the wedding. Everyone who was familiar with generators and camping that saw this baby in action wanted to steal this for their our use. The remote start is great, fuel consumption is great and over all performance is great!

Just ordered yesterday 08/29/2019 with a pending storm here in Florida, received today, Friday 08/30/2019 great service - generator arrived in good shape - hooked up the battery, filled oil and some gas and it started right up - remote start is a great feature and will be great for our camper - we are in love so far....... I bought the i4500 for using with a travel trailer. I really like the remote start. I can start the invertor in the mornings to brew my coffee without going outside and yanking on a pull rope. I am getting older and convenience is important. The front panel with the electronic readout is a major plus.

i bought this a year ago and about 6 months in one day it would just stop run stop run with oil light coming on i was like somthing is wrong i just changed oil 2 weeks ago and that how it has been from there on and now two days ago i changed the oil now today it does not want to run?? Y !!!!!

I received the unit a few days ago. After set up it started immediately and ran well for 5 hours of break-in. Unfortunately, the choke sticks so I must remove the access cover to adjust the choke each time so the generator will start. My expectation is that this issue will be fixed so I can use the generator for camping with my trailer. The features of this generator make it convenient to use and service and the power is just right for our needs. Once repaired I will submit a revised review.
