The generator is a great generator that performed admirably during an RV weekend at a football game. It was able to operate the RV with AC going and multiple electrical appliances running. The electric start is a great feature as well as the large gas tank. I was able to fill up the generator before bed and it ran 9 hours. No more getting up at 3 am to fill the tank! The display shows how much gas is in the tank, estimated remaining run time and also output. This is a great generator. The only negative thing was that the automatic choke stuck and when I called to report the problem, the technician was already aware. Would have been nice had this been tested before the unit shipped. Still the technical support was great and they shipped the new part as well as assisted in a temporary fix.

The pull, button and remote started it right up. The manual says nothing about an hour meter, but it says on the front of the generator that it has one. We haven't ran it enough for it to register any time yet. It's flashing 0000s. We put an external one on it, so we'll see if it's accurate or not. We're still breaking it in, but it seems to have plenty of power and it's very quiet.

I needed a generator that was an inverter, quiet, and had the power to run my AC and converter unit in my Travel Trailer. This did it. I first bought a Riobi from Home Depot it was junk and I returned it. The electric start is cool too. No need for the remote. In addition to the digital readout for power and fuel, I would like a fuel gauge. The book does not give info for the small powerpack includer to charge the battery. I would like a manual choke but it does work good so far. I like it. Buy one.

I bought this generator for our camping trips. I love the remote start fob and the fact it shows me how much gas has been used. It was simple to set up and use. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I can't wait to try it out on our TT this summer.

Easily one of the best generators on the market. Super quiet, powerful, and efficient. And you can buy 2 of these for the price of a lesser optioned eu3000i. The remote start and auto choke make starting it up in the morning as easy as pushing a button from the warmth of your bed.

Right out out box, I hook up battery with easy one plug. Filled with oil, comes with great funnel, put gas, turn on/ off button, press start button and started right up. Tested remote, press off and one, remote was already Program in. Needed for 30 amp for rv, will test trm. Cons: didn't come with strap for battery, will get in contact with mfg.

I purchased the Igen4500 to replace an older,smaller conventional generator. Set up was easy after reading the manual completely first. The generator started right up and I ran it for a half hour or so. It's really quiet compared to the conventional generator. It's primary function will be to supply backup power after a Hurricane. So, it will be a while (hopefully never) before any long term usage. I do not however expect any problems because of the build quality.

Added oil, non ethanol gas, connected battery leads, and unit fired right up using remote control. Ran for 1 hour under no load, ran 11,000 BTU ac unit on RV for 10 hours, then ran on no load until fuel ran out for break in. Changed oil and now ready for service when needed. Very quiet and starts and stops on remote with no problem. I hate writing reviews on a brand new product with very little time but so far so good. My Honda 2000 is 18 years old and still running great. Time will tell how these Westinghouse units hold up. So far very pleased with quality and performance of this generator.

We ordered this generator to use at Talladega. It is awesome. We had the AC on and I used the microwave with no problems. Love the key fob! I was impressed to have the handle for easy moving.The front panel is all digital! It is worth the price you pay for it.

I purchased this iGEN5000c generator Oct 3rd, in between hurricanes Helene and Milton. The power went out, as usual around here, and I was so happy that I could turn on the generator after the storm. It has kept all of the food in my refrigerator safe! Plus, I can use my microwave, lamp, fan, radio, glue gun and phone charger. I’ve lived in Florida for years without one, literally in the dark, but I finally said that I have had it! So I bought one and I am so happy that I did. It’s easy to fill the gas tank and there are digital informers to tell you how many hours are left before you run out of gas. It is also relatively easy to pull the machine with the extendable handle and I’m 72 years old. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the small compartment where the dip stick is located. I have small hands and it is still difficult for me to screw and unscrew the dip stick. Other than that, I am really satisfied with this product.
