I am delighted with my iGen4500. It was such an east start-up out of the box. I read and watched regarding some having trouble with a choke switch. I didn't have to choke it. Started right up. Ran the 5 hours for the break-in period, and no trouble at all. Very pleased with this unit.

Operating this generator requires choke adjusting. Unfortunately, the choke is behind the side panel which requires removing five bolts. Phillips head bolts that will ware over time. So, poor design in this regards. The choke should be assessable without removing the side panel. Also, the remote on/off FOB is simpley a marketing bell with no whistle. When the generator is remotely shut down. You will still need to go to the generator and manually shut off the battery so you don’t waste battery power. And, you will need to close the gasoline valve so the engine does not flood. Other than those design flaws, the generator works well, as hoped, for the moment. Stay tuned.

Love how quite the gen set is and how easy to setup, added fuel and oil when I received the unit and it fired right up, would have given 5 stars but only gave 4 because a card come with the generator that said they would give a free generator cover if I left a review but the web address, they give you to go to does not work. So no free cover

Me and my wife recently purchased a travel trailer. When looking for a quiet generator for when in use for a park we found that many brands go up to 3,000 watts and then jump to much larger units and they are heavy. Then we came across this unit. The wattage is perfect as we do not need to run 2 smaller ones in parallel. I have now ran this unit several hours and love how it tells me the output as items come on and stay on. Our trailer with everything running comes in at 3600 watts and this unit does it without a issue and stays quiet. I love that I don’t have to run 2 generators to do this. The unit itself is very nice. Not very heavy and is well made. We have had no issues and don’t see why we would. Also we love the remote to start the generator from inside the camper. Very pleased and recommend this generator to everyone. Have had many people using 2 generators ask questions about this model as it is so simple and very quiet. Great model. Very happy

Lots of complaints about the auto choke not working, however filling up oil/gas, it started and smoothed out very quickly. Choke working perfectly. Remote control nice feature, but overall, not sure that it will benefit me. Currently working through break-in process, alternating between idle and 1.2KW

Bought this for emergency power when outage occurs. Arrived today and I'm impressed by the way it's packaged, included accessories, ease of start-up, op manual that's easy to read, well planned. I don't have to read between the lines to try to translate what the pertinent info is. I'm going to put it through it's paces shortly and thoroughly expect it to perform well. Would probably give it a 5 star if I had run it today, but ran out of time. Deserves a 5 star if performance meets the design features.

Luckily, we have not needed to use this generator yet. But it was very easy to set-up. And I can already tell that it is so easy to start. It also seems to run a bit quieter than our old generator. I like the remote control feature too! I have no doubt that it will be easy to use when the need arises.

Great Product this is my second one, although the first one the radiator screws rattled off and the radiator completely broke off but I have other small engine generated products and they all pretty much do the same thing with that style radiator other than that it works really well I would suggest other color options to match the brand of the business but other than that it works fine I highly recommend especially for the cost

2nd iGen4500 we purchased. 1st one worked great for our class B motorhome. let it go when we sold the motorhome. we live in Florida, so purchased 2nd one for hurricane season. electric start is great. runs quiet and provides all the power we need. have recommended this product to many others.

I love this generator! I went camping with a group of people. My new iGen4500 was lighter, quieter, and easier to move around than the two other generators in our group. I loved being able to use the remote to start/stop my generator from inside my camper when it was raining. Best in camp.
