I just received the product and proceeded with the minimal assembly. Just plug the battery add oil and gas and start. It started with no issues. The user manual and other instructions are complete and easy to follow. It ran for about one hour and worked flawlessly . I am looking forward to run it under real conditions for several hours.

Great Product this is my second one, although the first one the radiator screws rattled off and the radiator completely broke off but I have other small engine generated products and they all pretty much do the same thing with that style radiator other than that it works really well I would suggest other color options to match the brand of the business but other than that it works fine I highly recommend especially for the cost

This generator is great for the deer lease. It's light weight so easy to load/unload. Its quite so you can sleep @ night with it running and doesn't scare the deer off. It has enough power to run one a/c unit on my camper for those early season hunts when its still hot out. Also love the eco mode for the cold season in my camper. I turn it on when I only need to run some lights and a TV or charge cell phones.

Today I fired it up for the first time after connecting the battery and adding oil and fuel. I am very satisfied with its ease of operation, user friendly control panel (see pic), and easy to follow instruction manual. The generator is enclosed in a hard plastic shell (which greatly reduces the noise level) and has two panels to access the battery and add oil. This machine weighs in at over 90 lbs., so the rear wheels and retractable telescopic handle (similar in design to those on large pieces of luggage) are greatly appreciated for moving it around. I tested the 3 ways to start the generator and they performed flawlessly. First with the manual pull-cord, then the electric start, and then the remote electric start (my favorite method!). The generator comes with a 0.6L bottle of 4-stroke small engine oil, an AC power adapter to charge the battery if needed (though once the generator is fired up it automatically charges the battery), a funnel to add oil, and a socket tool for changing the spark plug. I purchased 4 extension cords: (2) 25 Foot Lighted Outdoor Extension Cord - 10/3 SJTW Yellow 10 Gauge Extension Cable with 3 Prong Grounded Plug, (1) 25 Foot Lighted Outdoor Extension Cord with 3 Electrical Power Outlets - 10/3 SJTW Yellow 10 Gauge Extension Cable with 3 Prong Grounded Plug, and a 50 Foot Lighted Outdoor Extension Cord - 10/3 SJTW Yellow 10 Gauge Extension Cable with 3 Prong Grounded Plug to ensure they will handle the loads without getting hot. The 10 Gauge size was recommended by Westinghouse for the load I'd be drawing in relation to the length of cord (see pics). One final note, though the generator is encased in a strong plastic cover, the manual warns not to use it in rain or snow. I therefore built a wooden enclosure to house the generator since I live in the Pacific Northwest where we have lots of rain and wind storms. I added breathing vents and a large vent for the exhaust. I then covered the entire box with Flex Seal to protect it from the elements. All in all I am very satisfied with this generator rated at 3700 Running Watts/4500 Peak Watts which will allow me to run my full-size refrigerator, operate an indoor ceramic heater and some smaller appliances and/or lights.

I bought this generator needing to run 2 AC units on our RV while dry camping. We can run pretty much everything at once. Very quiet. Can run up to 18 hours on a tank of fuel. It’s heavy but I can lift it myself. The suitcase style handle makes moving it easy. Love this Generator.

The directions on how to get this running were very easy to follow EXCEPT the directions regarding putting in the oil. The oil supplied is exactly the correct amount, yet the directions warn you about over-filling the oil tank. There's also a nifty oil filler spout not mentioned in the directions, which made filling easy once I realized that to use it you need to tilt the inverter at a 45 degree angle with the spout now standing straight up to get the oil to flow down. After that, the inverter generator was as easy as fill-switch on the fuel-switch on the unit-press the start button. The starting process is awesome, and doesn't require you to hold the switch at all. Likewise, the shut down procedure is as simple as pressing the on/off button again. There's even a wireless fob to control it. For usability, this cannot be matched!

I have been using this generator for over a month now for weekends up at some property I own. I have a trailer with a 15000 btu AC unit and the generator handles it fine get overwhelmed when I try turning on the other 13000 btu ac unit as well but I knew it wasn't designed to handle both so no fault to the unit there. I did run into one draw back when I left the generator running for a few hours powering the AC unit in my trailer it just stopped working tried restarting started up for a minute then stopped again. I played with it for a while and finally got it running and what I think was the issue was the ground wasn't perfectly level so just a heads up level the generator. Over all I'm happy with my purchase

I took it out of the box, added the oil and gas and it started right up. I then hooked it to my 50Amp 5th wheel with a 40Amp conversion cable and it ran my 15K BTU Air Conditioner, refrigerator and lights with no problem. My 5th has 2 air conditioners but with this unit I could only run one. Unit was very quite .I did a lot of research before buying this unit and for the price it's the best one out there.

Generator started immediately but would not get to speed due to choke. Found the Westinghouse tech note on the problem, easy fix, remove cover and reconnect wiring harness. Apparently not connected at factory. Beside this issue, I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

Had it for awhile never needed it. Then one night in our 5th wheel the park lost power. This baby fired right up and we had power all night and the next day with hardly using any gas. This was in the middle of Texas summer so AC are a must. We love this generator so much now. You never need one until you do. Oh and super quiet.
