We are big NASCAR fans and it will go with us to all races & all other camping trips that we have to be self contained. One question please...my husband wanted the generator cover & it didn't give me an option for it as a free gift. Can I get it instead of the power strip? Thank you.

Bought this 4 months ago, and the ONLY problem I had with it was finding the serial number, which turned out to be just below the exhaust port. (Due to my own laziness I didn't get around to calling Westinghouse for help for several weeks, and then due to health and personal maneuverability reasons I had to wait till my son could help me. That was another few weeks ago, and only now am I finally getting around to registering and writing this review. NONE OF THAT is the fault of Westinghouse!) Following the simple instructions, my son helped me un-box the unit, fill the oil, add a small amount of gas and get it started. It took several tries at first, but eventually fired up and ran fine. I shut it off, waited a few minutes, and then it started again on the first try. I repeated this several times. So far I'm very confident in this generator. It runs quiet and that was important to me.

Only just got it a few days ago so haven't really used it yet but looking forward to. Things I like: Price Electric start Remote electric start/stop Wheels Pull out handle to move it around Information display Seems well built Things I'm not crazy about: Where/how you fill/change oil. It's very low and hard to get to and the screw in dip stick to check oil level is flimsy and can cross thread easily.

I bought this Generator in September for my travel trailer. I wanted to be sure I had enough power to fully power the 30 amp circuit with no problems. This generator definitely fit the bill. I have taken it on a hunting trip and of the 4 groups I was with this was the only generator that could also power a compressor, We had some flat tires. This generator is also remarkably quiet and long last. You can easily have a conversation standing right next to it. This is an outstanding unit so far.

I purchased this generator based on the features I was looking for at a price I could afford. When it arrived, I unboxed it quickly and was surprised to how light it was for the size (about 95lbs without fuel). Initial startup was a snap, all that was needed was to connect the battery, add the oil, and feed it some gas. It took two attempts for it to start up initially with the push button start but that could be because it was completely drained of fuel. What I like best is the push button and remote start and the fact I can run my trailers A/C and other things without having to worry about it bogging down.

I just received my new IGen4500. It was super easy to get rolling with nothing you have to put together. Started right up and really quite. The remote start and handle to move it around are both going to be great. Got fit use with rv and I can start and stop from inside the rv.

I purchase this unit two weeks ago after experiencing several days of no power during hurricane Beryl. This unit has all the features I need. It is currently still in the Break-In-Period. Started up on the first push and still does. So far it has perform well and it is really quite. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this generator yesterday and found the break-in procedure easy to follow and execute. The generator performed great in its 1st 5 hours of break-in loads and use. Love the features especially the ease of mobility. Looking forward to many years of good operation.

I bought this in Sept 2020 and had my 1st TCI failed at 150 run hours, the 2nd TCI failed after 220 hrs, the 3rd TCI failed after 3 hours and the 4th TCI now had 24 hours. I have such confidence in this unit I have purchased 4 additional TCI Modules to keep on hand if it fails again at 2am in 34F weather I won't freeze until sunrise.

We bought this to replace one we didn’t even have two months from another brand that started falling apart. Let me tell you, it was almost half the price. Wayyyyy quieter and doesn’t get super hot. I’m very pleased with this generator and don’t think I’ll consider another brand again!!
